• ขั้นที่ 1 การเตรียมพื้นผิว

• • ขูดลอกสีเก่าออกให้หมดแล้วขัดด้วยกระดาษทรายเพื่อขจัดคราบสนิมและคราบสกปรกออก ขัดลอกสีเดิมที่เสื่อมสภาพและสนิมออกให้หมด หรือ ใช้น้ำยาลอกสี เบเยอร์ ยูนิซอฟ #9119 ทำความสะอาดฝุ่นผง คราบไขมันและสิ่งสกปรกต่างๆ ออกให้หมด อาจใช้กระดาษทรายชนิดละเอียดช่วยให้เรียบ และกำจัดฝุ่นออกให้หมด

• ขั้นที่ 2 การทาสีรองพื้น 

• • พื้นโลหะที่มีสนิม : ทา เบเยอร์ รัสท์ การ์ด สีรองพื้นกันสนิมสำหรับผิวโลหะทุกชนิด แทรกซึมเข้าสู่พื้นผิวโลหะหยุดยั้งการเกิดสนิมได้ทันที 
    
  • พื้นผิวโลหะ : ทาสีรองพื้นเหล็กกันสนิม ดีไลท์ จี-5000 
  • พื้นผิวไม้ : ทาสีรองพื้นไม้ ดีไลท์ จี-1600

• ขั้นที่ 3 การทาสีทับหน้า 

• • ทาสีเคลือบเงาดีไลท์ จำนวน 2 เที่ยวลดการยึดเกาะของฝุ่นและการดูดซึมคราบสกปรก ให้ฟิล์มสีสวยสดและมันเงางามสูง

 Product use process 
 Step 1 Surface Preparation 

• Scrape off the old paint completely and sand it with sandpaper to remove rust and dirt. Peel off the old paint that has deteriorated and rust completely or use Beger UNICOF Paint Remover #9119 to clean all dust, grease and other dirt. You may use fine sandpaper to help smooth it out. and remove all dust

 Step 2 Primer painting 
  Rusty metal floors :

• Apply Beger Rust Guard, a rust-proof primer for all metal surfaces. Penetrates into metal surfaces to stop rusting instantly

  Metal surface :

• Delight G-5000 anti-rust primer Wood surface: Delight G-1600 primer.

 Step 3 Paint the topcoat 

• Apply 2 coats of Delight varnish to reduce dust adhesion and stain absorption. Give the film bright colors and high gloss.
