• ขั้นที่ 1 การเตรียมพื้นผิว

• • พื้นผิวเก่า : ขัดลอกสีเดิมที่เสื่อมสภาพออกและทำความสะอาดพื้นผิว กรณีที่เป็นพื้นผิวเหล็กให้ขัดสนิมออกให้หมด หรือใช้น้ำยาลอกสีเบเยอร์ยูนิซ๊อฟ 9119
  • พื้นผิวใหม่ : ทำความสะอาดพื้นผิวให้ปราศจากฝุ่น ผง และคราบไข กรณีที่เป็นพื้นผิวไม้ ควรขัดแต่งผิวให้เรียบก่อนทำความสะอาดพื้นผิว

• ขั้นที่ 2 การทาสีรองพื้น

• • กรณีพื้นผิวเป็นเหล็ก ให้ทาสีรองพื้นแดงกันสนิม เบเยอร์ชิลด์ ไดมอนด์ บีดี-1024 จำนวน 1-2 เที่ยว ทิ้งให้แห้งอย่างน้อย 5-6 ชั่วโมง ก่อนทาสีทับหน้า
  • กรณีเป็นพื้นผิวไม้เก่า ให้ทาสีรองพื้นไม้กันเชื้อรา เบเยอร์ชิลด์ ไดมอนด์ บีดี-1600 จำนวน 1-2 เที่ยว ทิ้งให้แห้งอย่างน้อย 8-10 ชั่วโมงก่อนทาสีทับหน้า
  • ส่วนกรณีที่เป็นพื้นผิวไม้ใหม่ (ไม่มียาง) ทาสีรองพื้นไม้อลูมิเนียม เบเยอร์ชิลด์ ไดมอนด์ บีดี-1601 จำนวน 1 เที่ยว ทิ้งให้แห้งอย่างน้อย 8-10 ชั่วโมงก่อนทาสีทับหน้า

• ขั้นตอนที่ 3 การทาสีทับหน้า

• • ทาสีเคลือบเงาเบเยอร์ชิลด์ ไดมอนด์ ซูเปอร์กลอส อีนาเมล จำนวน 2 เที่ยว โดยทิ้งระยะให้สีที่ทาชั้นแรกแห้งสนิทอย่างน้อย 8-10 ชั่วโมงก่อน จึงทาทับเที่ยวถัดไป

 Product use process 

 Step 1 Surface Preparation 
  Old cement surface :

• Scrub away the old paint that has deteriorated and clean the surface. In the case of an iron surface, remove all rust. or use Bayer UNISOF 9119 paint remover

  New cement surface :

• Clean surfaces to be free from dust, dust and grease in the case of wooden surfaces. Should polish the surface to be smooth before cleaning the surface.

 Step 2 Primer painting 

• case surface is steel Apply 1-2 coats of Beger Shield Diamond BD-1024 rust-proof red primer. Allow it to dry for at least 5-6 hours before applying the topcoat.
• The case is an old wooden surface. Apply 1-2 coats of Beger Shield Diamond BD-1600 primer and let it dry for at least 8-10 hours before applying the topcoat.
• In the case of new wood surface (without rubber), apply Beger Shield Diamond Aluminum Primer BD-1601 1 coat and let it dry for at least 8-10 hours before painting the topcoat.

 Step 3 Paint the topcoat 

• Apply two coats of Beger Shield Diamond Super Gloss Enamel, leaving a period of at least 8-10 hours for the first coat to dry before applying the next coat.
