• ขั้นที่ 1 การเตรียมพื้นผิว

• • พื้นผิวที่มีเชื้อรา : ต้องทำความสะอาดให้หมดก่อน โดยน้ำยาฟอกขาว และล้างออกให้สะอาด ทิ้งไว้ให้แห้งแล้วทาด้วย เบเยอร์ โมวด์ฟรี เอ็ม 001
  • พื้นผิวที่มีรอยแตก : ให้อุดโป๊วด้วย เบเยอร์ อะคริลิก ฟิลเลอร์ เบอร์ 200 สำหรับบริเวณที่รอยแตกร้าวมีความกว้างน้อยกว่า 0.3 มิลลิเมตร หรือใช้ เบเยอร์ อะคริลิก ซีลแลนท์ ซ่อมแซม สำหรับบริเวณที่มีรอยแตกร้าวมากกว่า 0.3 มิลลิเมตร และควรขัดแต่งรอยซ่อมแซมให้เรียบก่อนทาสี

• ขั้นที่ 2 การทาสีรองพื้น

• • พื้นผิวปูนกระเบื้องใหม่ : สีรองพื้นอีลาสโตเมอริค เพิ่มการยึดเกาะสำหรับกระเบื้องคอนกรีต เบเยอร์คูล รูฟ เบอร์ 8000 จำนวน 1-2 เที่ยว
  • พื้นผิวหลังคาเหล็ก : สีรองพื้นอีลาสโตเมอริค เพิ่มการยึดเกาะสำหรับงานเหล็ก เบเยอร์คูล รูฟ เบอร์ 7000 จำนวน 1-2 เที่ยว

• • พื้นผิวปูนเก่า : ทาสีรองพื้นปูนเก่าเอนกประสงค์ เบเยอร์มัลติเพอเพิส ไพรเมอร์ บี-1900 จำนวน 1 เที่ยว ทิ้งให้แห้งอย่างน้อย 6-8 ชั่วโมงก่อนทาสีทับหน้า

• ขั้นตอนที่ 3 การทาสีทับหน้า

• • ทาสีน้ำอะคริลิก 100% ทาหลังคาชนิดยืดหยุ่น (รุ่นกันร้อนสูงสุด) เบเยอร์คูล รูฟ จำนวน 2-3 เที่ยว

 Product use process 

 Step 1 Surface Preparation 
  Fungal surfaces:

• must be cleaned first. by bleach and rinse thoroughly Allow to dry and coat with Bayer Mold Free M 001.

  Cracked surfaces :

• Top with Bayer Acrylic Filler No. 200 for cracked areas. width less than 0.3 mm or use Bayer Acrylic Sealant to repair for cracks area greater than 0.3 mm and should be sanded to smooth the repair before painting.

 Step 2 Primer painting 
  New cement tile surface :

• Elastomeric primer Increase adhesion for 1-2 coats of Beger Cool Roof No. 8000 concrete tile.

  Steel roof surface :

• Elastomeric primer. Increase adhesion for steel work Beger Cool Roof No. 7000 amount 1-2 times

  Old cement surface :

• Paint a multi-purpose old cement primer. Beger Multi-Purple Primer B-1900 1 coat, let dry at least 6-8 hours before applying topcoat.

 Step 3 Paint the topcoat 

• paint, 100% acrylic water-based paint, flexible roof paint. (Highest heat protection model) Beger Cool Roof 2-3 times
