  • ข้อควรระวัง : ก่อนการทาสีทุกครั้ง ต้องล้างทาความสะอาดพื้นผิวให้ปราศจากฝุ่นละออง และเศษซีเมนต์หรืออาจใช้กระดาษทรายขัดฝุ่นออกให้หมดก่อน รวมทั้งคราบไขมันและสิ่งสกปรกต่างๆ ซ่อมแซมตกแต่งรอยแตกร้าวบนพื้นผิวด้วยสีโป๊วเบเยอร์ อะคริลิก ฟิลเลอร์ เบอร์ 200

  • พื้นผิวปูนเก่า : ทาสีรองพื้นปูนเก่าอเนกประสงค์ เบเยอร์ มัลติเพอเพิส ไพรเมอร์ บี-1900 จำนวน 1 เที่ยว ทิ้งให้แห้งอย่างน้อย 6-8 ชั่วโมง และหากต้องการเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการกันร้อนสูงสุดแนะนำให้สีรองพื้นปูนใหม่กันด่าง (กันความร้อนสูงสุด) เบเยอร์คูล ยูวี ชิลด์ เบอร์ 9900 เพิ่มอีกจำนวน 1 เที่ยว

• ขั้นตอนที่ 3 การทาสีทับหน้า

• • ทาสีน้าอะคริลิก แท้ 100% เบเยอร์ คูล ยูวี ชิลด์ จำนวน 2 เที่ยว โดยทิ้งระยะให้สีที่ทาชั้นแรกแห้งสนิทก่อน 2-3 ชั่วโมงจึงทาทับเที่ยวถัดไป

 Product use process 

 Step 1 Surface Preparation 
  New cement surface :

• Allow the cement surface to dry completely for at least 1 month and have less than 14% moisture content.
  

  Old cement surface :

• The area with mold or algae must be scrubbed with Bayer Mold Free M 001.

  Caution :

• Before painting every time. The surface must be cleaned and free from dust. And cement fragments or may use sandpaper to scrub off all the dust first. including grease and dirt stains Repair cracks on the surface with Beger Acrylic Filler No. 200 putty.

 Step 2 Primer painting 
   New cement surface :

• paint a new alkali-resistant cement primer. (Highest heat protection) Beger Cool UV Shield No. 9900 1 coat, let it dry at least 3 hours before painting the topcoat.

   Old cement surface :

• Apply one coat of Beger Multi-Purpose Cement Primer B-1900 1 coat and allow it to dry for at least 6-8 hours. If you want to maximize the heat protection performance, it is recommended to apply a new primer coat. alkali (Highest heat protection) Beyer Cool UV Shield No. 9900 add 1 coat

*In case of cement surface humidity higher than 14% but not more than 35 %, it is recommended to use moisture-proof mortar primer. Bayer Water Block No. W-010 Apply in the first layer and let it sit for 3-4 hours, followed by an all-purpose mortar primer. Beger Ultra Hyde Primer No. B-2100 and let it sit for 6-8 hours, then paint a 100% acrylic topcoat.

 Step 3 Paint the topcoat 

• Apply 100% acrylic water based Beger Cool UV Shield 2 coats, leaving a period for the first coat to dry for 2-3 hours before applying over the next coat.
