Made from special acrylic resin with resistance to alkalinity combined with ceramic microsphere It has outstanding properties to help prevent heat well. For internal and external primer applications
Feature : Primer for face, water-based, Special Standard grade, film type: matt, application area: 35-40 square meters/gallon/time. Made from special acrylic resin Mixture of ceramic microsphere insulating beads It helps to prevent and reduce the amount of heat transferred into the wall. Resistant to alkalis and salt stains from the cement surface
Product use process Step 1 Surface Preparation New cement surface :
Allow the cement surface to dry completely for at least 1 month and have less than 14% moisture content.
Old cement surface :
The area with mold or algae must be scrubbed with Bayer M 001 free mould.
Caution :
Before painting every time. Must clean the surface to be free from dust, cement debris. Or may use sandpaper to scrub off all dust, grease and dirt.
Step 2 Primer painting New cement surface :
paint a new alkali-resistant cement primer. (Heat protection) Beger Cool All Plus No. 5000 or 6000, 1 coat, leave to dry at least 2 hours before painting the topcoat. Or for maximum heat protection performance, choose a new elastomeric alkali resistant cement primer. (High heat protection) Beyer Cool Flex No. 9000, 1-2 coats, leave to dry at least 3 hours before applying topcoat.
Old cement surface :
Apply an old cement primer, Beyer Super Contact Primer No. B-1700, 1 coat and let it dry at least 3 - 4 hours after applying. Can increase the efficiency of heat protection by overcoating with a new elastomeric alkali resistant cement primer. (High heat protection) Beyer Cool Flex No. 9000 amount 1-2 coats, leave to dry at least 3 hours before applying the topcoat.
Caution :
The water used for mixing should be clean water or tap water. Do not use groundwater or canal water.
Step 3 Paint the topcoat
Apply 100% Beger Cool All Plus water-based acrylic paint for interior, 2 coats, leaving a period of at least 2 hours for the first coat to dry before applying the next coat.
