 Cito Primer 09 is the ultimate primer for any situation. It is a Pliolite solvent-based primer with superior alkaline resistance. Its unique formula gives it extremely good substrate penetration properties, making it ideal for exterior and interior usage. In addition to that, Cito Primer 09 creates excellent adhesion between paint and the substrate. Cito Primer 09 is the highest recommended primer for concrete, masonry, plaster and brick work on interior and exterior surfaces. It can also be the foundation for any Jotashield or Jotaroof paint system.
