• เป็นสารผสมประเภท ไซเลน ไซล็อกเซนสูตรน้ำมัน มีประสิทธิภาพในการกันน้ำซึมและความชื้นที่สะสมบริเวณพื้นผิว ทำให้ไม่เกิดตะไคร่น้ำ เชื้อรา
• ช่วยป้องกันฝุ่นฝังตัว ทำความสะอาดง่าย และทำให้พื้นผิวดูใหม่อยู่เสมอ
• คงความเป็นธรรมชาติของพื้นผิวเดิม ไม่เกิดคราบเหลือง
• ไม่ผสมสารปรอทและสารตะกั่ว

• พื้นผิวที่จะทาเคลือบด้วยทีโอเอ 214 น้ำยากันตะไคร่น้ำ เชื้อรา สูตรน้ำมัน จะต้องแห้งสะอาด ปราศจากฝุ่นผง สี เศษซีเมนต์ และคราบไข
• หากมีสารทาเคลือบพื้นผิวเดิมอยู่ให้ทำความสะอาดพื้นผิวโดยการลอกออกให้หมด
• บริเวณที่เกิดเชื้อราหรือตะไคร่น้ำ ควรขัดล้างด้วยน้ำยาฆ่าเชื้อราทีโอเอ 113 ไมโครคิลให้สะอาด ทิ้งให้แห้งอย่างน้อย 24 ชั่วโมง แล้วค่อยทาเคลือบด้วยทีโอเอ 214 น้ำยากันตะไคร่น้ำ เชื้อรา สูตรน้ำมัน

• ทาทีโอเอ 214 น้ำยากันตะไคร่น้ำ เชื้อรา สูตรน้ำมันด้วยแปรง ลูกกลิ้งหรือเครื่องพ่น 1 เที่ยวซ้ำ ไปมาหลายๆ ครั้ง ในขณะที่พื้นผิวยังไม่แห้ง ให้พื้นผิวดูดซับน้ำยาจนอิ่มตัว
• ทิ้งให้แห้งโดยใชเวลาประมาณ 1 - 2 ชั่วโมง

• การใช้ทีโอเอ 214 น้ำยากันตะไคร่น้ำ เชื้อรา สูตรน้ำมัน สามารถใช้พ่นหรือทาก็ได้ หากพ่นควร ใช้เครื่องพ่นแบบมีแรงดันต่ำ เนื่องจากทำให้ได้ประสิทธิภาพการทำงานที่ดีกว่า
• ไม่ควรทำงานบนพื้นผิวที่ร้อนหรือกลางแดดจัด
• ไม่ควรทาในวันที่มีความชื้นสูงหรือฝนตก 
• สีทีโอเอ 214 น้ำยากันตะไคร่น้ำ เชื้อรา สูตรน้ำมันผลิตมาเพื่อการใช้งานโดยไม่ต้องผสมตัวทำละลาย
• ล้างเครื่องมือทันทีที่ทำงานเสร็จด้วยทินเนอร์ #21 หรือน้ำมันสน

• สภาวะการเก็บรักษา
  • เก็บในภาชนะบรรจุเดิมที่ปิดสนิทและไม่ควรวางไว้ที่กลางแจ้งที่มีแสงแดดจัด
• อายุของผลิตภัณฑ์
  • อายุการเก็บประมาณ 1 ปี นับจากวันที่ผลิต

Toa 214 Water Repellent is free from Lead and Mercury, anti-fungus, anti-algae, waterproofing, and transparent. It enhances durability of surface and suitable for exterior application

It consists of solvent-based Xylane with latest technology that increases waterproofing property. Suitable for showing natural texture and color of brick, stone, and concrete.

FEATURES

Toa 214 Water Repellent (SB) is a clear solvent-based of a silane/siloxane produced by the latest technology without silicone. It is developed for the water repellent impregnation of facades, brick, natural stone, washed aggregate, washed sand. This product is effective on both alkaline and neutral substrate.

APPLICATION SYSTEM
Surface Preparation

• Substrate must be sound, free of loose or weak particles, dust and dirt. Oil and wax containing layers, as well as laitance must be completely removed.
• In case of mold and algae, brush and clean with TOA 113 Microkill then leave it dry for 24 hours before coating with TOA 214 Water Repellent (SB).

Application

• Apply TOA 214 Water Repellent (SB) copiously by using brush, roller or spray ( 1 time ) until surface is saturated.
• Leave it dry for 1 – 2 hours.

Recommendation

• Toa 214 Water Repellent (SB) can be applied by brush or spray with low pressure spray gun.
• Do not dilute TOA 214 Water Repellent (SB) with other thinners.
• Do not use TOA 214 Water Repellent (SB) while raining.
• Wash all tools immediately after use with Thinner # 21 or pine oil.

  • - Keep all containers well closed.
  • - Keep in a dry cool place.
• Shelf life
  • 12 months in original packing.
