TOA Polyurethane Thinner No.41

Toa Polyurethane Thinner 1K No.41 is formulated from mixed organic solvents. It is suitable for thinning with Polyurethane 1K. Paint film becomes easy to apply, smooth, highly adhesive and high gloss.

• Homogenously mixed with Polyurethane 1K.
• Easy to brush & Smooth-Gloss film.
• Free from dangerous heavy metals Lead & Mercury.

1/4 GL., 1 GL.

Application

Recommended to use with SuperShield Extra Polyurethane 1K,

TOA Polyurethane 1K and SHARK Polyurethane 1K.

Toa Polyurethane Thinner No.41 is mixed organic solvents that suitable for TOA Polyurethane 1K Solvent Base. It provides good adhesion, good levelling, good flow that promotes high gloss and smooth film. Recommend to use with TOA Polyurethane 1K Solvent Base.

 APPLICATION SYSTEM 
Recommendation
The temperature of the substrate should be minimum 10 ํC and at least 3 ํC above the dew point of the air, temperature and relative humidity measured in the vicinity of the substrate. Good ventilation is required in confined areas to ensure correct drying.

 HANDLING AND STORAGE 

• Storage condition
  • The product must be stored in accordance with national regulations. Keep the containers in a dry, cool, well ventilated space and away from source of heat and ignition. Containers must be kept tightly closed.
• Shelf life : 5 years
