  • กรณีไม้เคยทาสีมาก่อนและฟิล์มสีลอกล่อน หรือ เป็นไม้เก่าที่ไม่เคยทำสีมาก่อน ให้ขัดด้วยกระดาษทรายจนถึงเนื้อไม้เดิม กรณีที่ฟิล์มสีย้อมพื้นไม้อยู่ในสภาพดี ให้ลูบผิวฟิล์มด้วยกระดาษทรายขัดแห้ง ทีโอเอ เบอร์ 240 – 320 แล้วทำความสะอาดพื้นผิวให้ปราศจากคราบไขมัน ฝุ่น น้ำมัน หรือสิ่งแปลกปลอม
• พื้นผิวใหม่
  • 1. ใช้กระดาษทรายขัดแห้ง ทีโอเอ เบอร์ 240 – 320 ขัดแต่งพื้นผิวจนเรียบสวย
  • 2. อุดโป้วรอยแตก ตำหนิบนไม้และหัวตะปู ให้เรียบร้อย
  • 3. ขัดแต่งด้วยกระดาษทรายอีกครั้ง จนได้พื้นผิวที่เรียบเนียน
  • 4. เช็ดทำความสะอาดพื้นผิว

• ทาด้วย ทีโอเอ วาร์นิชเงา สำหรับภายใน T-8000 อย่างน้อย 3 เที่ยว

• อุณหภูมิของชิ้นงานจะต้องสูงกว่า 10 ํC และสูงกว่าจุดน้ำค้างอย่างน้อย 3 ํC
• อุณหภูมิและความชื้นสัมพัทธ์ต่างมีผลต่อชิ้นงานและการแห้งตัวของฟิล์มสี

  • จัดเก็บสินค้าในที่แห้ง มีอากาศถ่ายเทดี ปิดฝาให้สนิท ให้แน่นตลอดเวลา ไม่ควรเก็บในที่ร้อนและไม่ให้ถูกแสงแดดโดยตรง

FEATURES

Toa Varnish Gloss Interior T-8000 is a high gloss varnish which suitable for interior decoration of all woodworks. The properties of this product are high gloss, excellent waterproof, fast dry, high film build, good leveling, pale in color, protect and enhance the natural wood appearance. TOA Varnish Gloss Interior #T8000 is suitable for the protection of interior wooden structures such as wooden house, wooden boat, wooden furniture and etc.

APPLICATION SYSTEM
Surface Preparation
New surface

• For coated wood or wood with old or peeling paint film or old wood with no coating. Sand with abrasive paper to the wood surface.For coated wood which coating film still in good condition. Sand over the painted film with TOA abrasive paper no. 240-320 then clean the surface to remove grease, dust, oil or dirt.

Old surface

• 1. Use TOA abrasive paper no. 240 – 320 to sand the wood surface until smooth.
• 2. Fill all wood crack and hole by filler.
• 3. Sand again until the smooth surface is obtained and clean the surface until no dust remain.

Coating system

• Topcoat
  • Apply by brush with TOA Varnish Gloss Interior T-8000 at least 3 coats.

Recommendation
The temperature of the substrate should be minimum 10 ํC and at least 3 ํC above the dew point of the air, temperature and relative humidity measured in the vicinity of the substrate. Good ventilation is required in confined areas to ensure correct drying.

HANDLING AND STORAGE
Storage condition
The product must be stored in accordance with national regulations. Keep the containers in a dry, cool, well ventilated space and away from source of heat and ignition. Containers must be kept tightly closed.
Shelf life : 3 years.
