• 1. Surface preparation
  • For new surface : To scratch surface with sandpaper and clean dust and grease.
  • For old surface : To scratch paint surface to increase adhesion. If paint surface is in bad condition, it needs to scratch deep into wood surface. (In case of having mold or algae, to clean with water and use TOA 113 Micro Kill and leave it dry before painting)
• 2. Primer application
  • Without gum : To apply 1 layer of TOA Undercoat White G1600.
  • With gum : To apply 1 layer of TOA G1601 once. Then to apply 1 layer of TOA Undercoat White G1600.
• 3. Top coat application
  • To apply 2 layers SuperShield TimberShield.

• Toa 301 Acrylic Sealent or Toa Acrylic Filler is used to repair all cracks and holes.
• Use Toa Abrasive Paper to sand the wood surface until smooth.
• The surfaces must be clean and free of dirt, grease, oil, wax, salt and other contaminants.

• The surfaces must be clean and free of dirt,wax,salt,old paint and other contaminants.
• Use TOA Abrasive Paper to sand the wood surface until smooth
• TOA 301 Acrylic Sealent or TOA Acrylic Filler is used to repair all cracks and rough surfaces.
• Sand again until the smooth surface is obtained and then clean the surface until no dust remain.

• Apply by brush or roller with TOA Aluminium Wood Primer#0AWP 1 coat (Recoatable at least 4 hr)
• Apply by brush or roller with TOA Univarsal Undercoat White#G1600 1 coat(Recoatable at least 1 hr)

• Apply by brush or roller with SuperShield Timbershield at least 2 coats.

• The temperature of the substrate should be minimum 10 ํC and at least 3 ํC above the dew point of the air, temperature and relative humidity measured in the vicinity of the substrate. Good ventilation is required in confined areas to ensure correct drying.

• The product must be stored in accordance with national regulations.  
• Keep the containers in a dry, cool, well ventilated space and away from source of heat and ignition. Containers must be kept tightly closed.
