• TOA Polyurethane 2K Semi Gloss 50% #T-8200 Part A and TOA Polyurethane 2K Hardener #T-8222 Part B two pack polyurethane. The properties of these products are fast dry, high film build, good adhesion, good scratch resistance, good impact resistance, good abrasion resistance, good chemical resistance, low brush mark and excellent waterproof.
• Suitable for all interior woodworks such as parquet, indoor gymnasium and wooden furniture.

• Old surface
  • The surface must be clean and free of dirt, grease, oil, wax, salt, old paint and other contaminants.
• New surface
  • 1. Use TOA abrasive paper no. 240 – 320 to sand the wood surface until smooth. 
  • 2. Fill all wood crack and hole by filler.
  • 3. Sand again until the smooth surface is obtained.
  • 4. Clean the surface until no dust remain.

• Primer
  • 1. Apply by brush with TOA Wood Preservative 1 coat. (Recoatable time is at least 30 minutes) 
  • 2. Apply by brush with TOA Wood Primer #T-2000 1 coat. (Recoatable time is at least 1 hour)
  • 3. Apply by brush with TOA Polyurethane 2K Gloss #T-8100//T-8111 at least 2 coats. Topcoat
• Topcoat
  • 1. Mixing ratios of T-8200 Part A + T-8222 Part B + TOA Polyurethane Thinner No.43N are 5:5:3 for first coat and 5:5:2 for second coat, respectively.
  • 2. Apply by brush with TOA Polyurethane 2K Semi Gloss 50% #T-8200//T-8222 at least 2 coats. (Recoatable time is at least 3 hours)
  • 3. Before topcoat any layer, TOA abrasive paper no. 320 – 400 are recommended to sand the surface which provide good intercoat adhesion and smooth the surface.
    

• The temperature of the substrate should be minimum 10 ํC and at least 3 ํC above the dew point of the air, temperature and relative humidity measured in the vicinity of the substrate. Good ventilation is required in confined areas to ensure correct drying.
