• • ขัดล้างสีเดิมที่เสื่อมสภาพออกให้หมด (ไม่ควรใช้แปรงลวด)

• • บริเวณที่มีเชื้อราหรือตะไคร่น้ำขัดล้างด้วยน้ำยาฆ่าเชื้อรา TOA Microkill ล้างทำความสะอาด แล้วทิ้งให้แห้ง 1-2 วัน

• • บริเวณที่มีรอยแตกร้าวความกว้างน้อยกว่า 1 มิลลิเมตรและไม่แตกต่อเนื่อง ให้อุดโป๊วด้วย สีทีโอเอ อะครีลิค ฟิลเลอร์
  • บริเวณที่มีรอยแตกร้าว ความกว้างมากกว่า 1 มิลลิเมตรหรือมีการแตกต่อเนื่อง ให้อุดโป๊วด้วย ทีโอเอ อะครีลิค ซิลแลนท์
• พื้นผิวใหม่

• • ทิ้งให้ผนังแห้งอย่างน้อย 1 เดือน หรือเช็คความชื้นที่พื้นผิวมีค่าไม่เกิน 14% วัดด้วยเครื่อง Protimeter Mini

• • หากพื้นผิวมีรอยแตกร้าว ไม่เรียบ แนะนำให้ทำการซ่อมแซมรอยแตกร้าว หรือฉาบแต่งผิว ก่อนการทาสี ด้วยวัสดุอุดโป๊ว หรือฉาบแต่งผิว ที่เหมาะสม ทำความสะอาดผนังให้ปราศจากเศษฝุ่นผง เศษซีเมนต์ และคราบไข 

• ทาน้ำยารองพื้นปูนทับสีเก่า ซุปเปอร์ชิลด์ ดูราคลีน (สูตรน้ำ) หรือ ทีโอเอ คอนแทคไพรเมอร์ จำนวน 1 เที่ยว 

• ทาสีรองพื้นปูนใหม่กันด่าง ซุปเปอร์ชิลด์ จำนวน 1 เที่ยว 

• ทาสีน้ำซุปเปอร์ชิลด์ ดูราคลีน เอ พลัส ชนิดด้าน สำหรับทาฝ้าเพดาน จำนวน 2-3 เที่ยว

Toa Supershield Duraclean A Plus for ceiling is the high quality 100% acrylic emulsion. It is specially for ceiling applications on plaster or gypsum board ceiling. Its supermatt finishing is designed to conceal ceiling joints by reducing reflection on film finishing in order to provide smooth seamless ceiling surfaces and excellent adhesion. Excellent fungus and bacteria prevention with microban from US . Its without VOCs , lead and mercury by certified from Green Label. Furthermore It creates fresh air by Air Detoxify Technology and being suitable for human being and housing for better life
It is ideal for application to gypsum on ceiling and highly recommended for hygene building and housing

APPLICATION SYSTEM
Surface Preparation

• Old surface
  • Powdery and chalky surface must be scrubbed and cleaned with water

• New surface
  • Substrate must be completely free from oil ,grease ,mildew,from release agents and foreign matters.

Coating system

• Primer For Old Surface

• • Apply 1 coat of TOA CONTACT PRIMER or SUPERSHIELD DURACLEAN CONTACT PRIMER (Water Base System)
• Primer For New Surface
  • Apply 1 coat of SUPERSHIELD ALKALI RESISTING PRIMER
• Topcoat

• • Apply 2 - 3 coats of SUPERSHIELD DURACLEAN A PLUS FOR CEILING

** Recommend for deep tone , you should apply middle coat that it has tone lighter before requiringcolor
