New cement surface :

• Clean the walls to remove dust, powder, and cement residue.

Old cement surface :

• Scrub off all old, deteriorated paint (do not use a wire brush). Areas with mold or algae must be scrubbed and washed with clean water, left to dry, and then coated with a fungicide and algae killer.

Applying primer

New cement surface :

• Leave the wall to dry for at least 3 days (in case of recent plastering) and then apply 1 coat of WorldPaint Multi-Purpose Primer.

Old cement surface :

• Apply 1 coat of WorldPaint Multi-Purpose Primer, a special water-based primer.
