• For concrete, the surface must be dry and free from dirt,grease and other contaminants.
• For steel, millscales and rust should be removed from steel by hand wire brushing or sanding with abrasive paper and then clean the surface until no dust remain.
• For wood, use abrasive paper to sand the surface until smooth. Fill all wood crack and hole by filler. Sand again until the smooth surface is obtained and then clean the surface until no dust remain.

• Primer
  • Apply by brush or spray with TOA Gold Acrylic Primer #PL800 or PL900 at least 1 coat.
• Topcoat
  • Can be topcoat with TOA Gold Enamel #GE234, #GE505 and TOA Gold Lacquer #GL123, #GL444 and #L9009

• The temperature of the substrate should be minimum 10 ํC and at least 3 ํC above the dew point of the air, temperature and relative humidity measured in the vicinity of the substrate. Good ventilation is required in confined areas to ensure correct drying.

• Storage condition
  • The product must be stored in accordance with national regulations. Keep the containers in a dry, cool, well ventilated space and away from source of heat and ignition. Containers must be kept tightly closed.
• Shelf life
  • 2 years.(at 25-30 ํC from manufacturing date)
