• Powdery and chalky surface must be scrubbed and cleaned with water Fungus and mildew growth must be cleaned off before applying microkill. Left to dry for 2-3 days.
• Apply on cracks with TOA Acrylic Filler for the crack width <1 mm. and not to crack continueously
• Apply on crack with TOA Acrulic Sealant for the crack width > 1 mm. and crack continueously 

• Substrate must be completely cured and dried (- 1 month) free from oil, grease, mildew, from relase agents and foreign matters. or measure moisture which should be less than 14% on surface with protimeter mini If any crack, it should be repaired on surface before applying.
