• ช่วยเสริมเพิ่มการยึดเกาะของสีทับหน้ากับพื้นผิวเดิมให้ดีขึ้น

• สำหรับเป็นสีรองพื้นปูน คอนกรีต หรือปูนฉาบ ที่ผ่านการทาสีมาแล้ว และมีสภาพสีหลุดลอก หรือ มีลักษณะเป็นฝุ่น ก่อนการทาสีทับหน้า สามารถใช้ได้ทั้งภายในและภายนอกอาคาร

• พื้นผิวเก่า
  • พื้นผิวที่จะใช้งานต้องสะอาด ปราศจากฝุ่น, คราบไข, คราบน้ำมัน, แวกซ์, คราบเกลือ, สีเก่า และสิ่งปนเปื้อนต่างๆ
  • พื้นผิวที่เป็นนชอล์ค หรือ เสื่อมสภาพ ต้องขัดทำความสะอาดด้วยแปรงไนลอน
  • พื้นผิวที่มีตะไคร่น้ำ และ เชื้อรา ให้กำจัดด้วย ทีโอเอ 113 ไมโครคิลล์ (TOA113 Microkill)
  • ทำความสะอาดพื้นผิวด้วยน้ำและน้ำยาทำความสะอาดที่เหมาะสม แล้วล้างด้วยน้ำสะอาดอีกครั้ง ก่อนทิ้งไว้ให้แห้งสนิท
  • อุดโป๊วรอยแตก ตำหนิต่างๆ บนพื้นผิวด้วย ทีโอเอ อะคริลิก ซีลแลนท์ หรือ ทีโอเอ อะคริลิก ฟิลเลอร์

• • ทารองพื้นด้วย น้ำยารองพื้นปูนทับสีเก่า โฟร์ซีซั่น จำนวน 1 เที่ยว

• สามาถทาทับได้ด้วย สีน้ำ อะคริลิก อิมัลชั่น

• อุณหภูมิของชิ้นงานจะต้องสูงกว่า 10 ํC และสูงกว่าจุดน้ำค้างอย่างน้อย 3 ํC 
• อุณหภูมิและความชื้นสัมพัทธ์ต่างมีผลต่อชิ้นงานและการแห้งตัวของฟิล์มสี

  4 Seasons Super Primer is based on 100% acrylic resin that designed to improve adhesion on new paint onto chalky surfaces. The properties of this primer are good penetration and provide a strong bond betwees the painted surface and new paint.

Application system
Surface Preparation
Old surface

• The surfaces must be clean and free of dirt, wax, salt, old paint and other contaminants.
• Chalky surfaces or loose material must be removed by stiff brush.
• TOA113 Microkill is used to get rid of algae nad fungi that left on the surfaces.
• The surface must be clean with suitable cleansing solution and weter then rinse thoroughly with fresh water and allow to fully dry.
• TOA Acrylic Sealent or TOA Acrylic Filler is used to repair all cracks and rough surfaces. 

  Coating system
  Primer

• • Apply by brush or roller with 4 Seasons Contact Primer 1 coat.

  Topcoat

• • Can be topcoat with Acrylic Emulsion Paint

Recommendation

• The temperature of the substrate should be minimum 10 ํC and at least 3 ํC above the dew point of the air, temperature and relative humidity measured in the vicinity of the substrate. Good ventilation is required in confined areas to ensure correct drying.
