  This anti-stain primer is formulated with 100% pure acrylic latex, offering extreme adhesion and ultimate durability of the color film. There is great protection against salt stain and is safe for users and homeowners.

 Description :
  Formulated as an topcoat for exterior. Based on 100% Pure acrylic latex and other selected ingredient which exhibits good performance, provide good adhesion and hiding power, good resistance to water, alkali, efforescence, fungi, algae and weathering. Paint cured by water evaporation. With neither mercury non lead, It is safe to end users.

• Clean the surface Until Free from dust, cement, dirt and grease with clean cloth and water or detergent then leave the surface dry at least 1 month. Allow enough time for the surface to dry completely.

• Remove all deteriorated, loose, chalky old paint. Do not use wire brush due to it would cause corrosion. For fungi and algaae infested area. it should be scrubbed with JBP MouldWash then leave it dry for 3 hours and no need to rinse off. Cracks on surface must be filled up with appropriate caulking compound
