  Clear primer to use on top of previously painted cement for interior and exterior. It is made from special quality resin and contains small particles that can be greatly absorbed. It adjusts the old, challky, flaky, and uneven surface by merging new and old paint togerther. It also helps keep cement in good condition and extend the life of the new paint. It can also be used to primer new cement to prevent moisture from outside, alkaline water, efforescence, fading color, fungus and moss. It is light scent and doses not contain mercury and lead. Safe for users and residents.

 Description :
  JBP Contact-F Primer No.1000 is solvent based primer for old masonry surface. This product is based on high quality acrylic plastic resin that designed to improve adhesion on chalky surface. This product also provides alkali and mould resistant qualification. Moreover, there is no lead and mercury contained. JBP Contact-F Primer Np.1000 can be applied for both interior and exterior.  

• Remove all deteriorated, loose, chalky old paint. Do not use wire brush due to it would cause corrosion. For fungi and algaae infested area. it should be scrubbed with JBP MouldWash then leave it dry for 3 hours and no need to rinse off. Cracks on surface must be filled up with appropriate caulking compound
