 JBP SA Primer (Interior and Exterior) 

  This anti-stain primer is formulated with 100% pure acrylic latex, offering extreme adhesion and ultimate durability of the color film. There is great protection against salt and is safe for users and homeowners.

 Description :
  Formulated as an alkali resisting primer for exterior on new surfaces. Based on 100% Pure acrylic latex, provide Excellent adhesion and hiding power, good resistance to water, moisture, fungi, algae, alkali, offorescence and Weathering. With neither mercury nor lead added. Recommended for use on new masonry surface or as frist coat primer to provide a smooth surface for top-coating and to enhance adhesion between the substrate and topcoat.

• Clean the surface Until Free from dust, cement, dirt and grease with clean cloth and water or detergent then leave the surface dry at least 1 month. Allow enough time for the surface to dry completely.

• Remove all deteriorated, loose, chalky old paint. Do not use wire brush due to it would cause corrosion. For fungi and algaae infested area. it should be scrubbed with JBP MouldWash then leave it dry for 3 hours and no need to rinse off. Cracks on surface must be filled up with appropriate caulking compound
