  This platinum-grade concrete primer offers high durability for up to 16 year. It provides extreme adhesion and enhanced the durability of the color film. It aslo protects against salt stains and is safe for users and homeowners.

  Description :
  High performance alkali resistant masonry primer for interior or exterior. based on 100% pure acryliclatex, provides excellent adhesion and hiding power, good resistance to water, alkali, efflorescence, fungi and algae growth. With Titanium Ultra Protection Technology from USA, provide outstanding long lasting weather 16 years. with stand to prevent corrosion from pollution, save energy to decrease greenhouse effect with UV ultra protection and to reduce the temperature inner-house. with neither mercury nor lead added, it is safe to end users. Suitable for first coat primer before topcoaton new masonry surfaces.

• Clean the surface Until Free from dust, cement, dirt and grease with clean cloth and water or detergent then leave the surface dry at least 1 month. Allow enough time for the surface to dry completely.

• Remove all deteriorated, loose, chalky old paint. Do not use wire brush due to it would cause corrosion. For fungi and algaae infested area. it should be scrubbed with JBP MouldWash then leave it dry for 3 hours and no need to rinse off. Cracks on surface must be filled up with appropriate caulking compound
