 JBP Chalky Wall Sealer No.900 

  JBP Chalky Wall Sealer No.900 is water based primer for the old masonry surface. This product is based on high quality acrylic resin nano that designed to improve adhesion on chalky surface. This product also provides alkali and mould resistant qualification. Moreover, there is no lead and mercury contained. JBP Chalky Wall Sealer No.900 can be applied for both interior and Exterior

• Pervent dirt and reduce dust sticking
• Strong adhesion and anti-flaking.
• Protect the film from salt stain.

• Clean the surface Until Free from dust, cement, dirt and grease with clean cloth and water or detergent then leave the surface dry at least 1 month. Allow enough time for the surface to dry completely.

• Remove all deteriorated, loose, chalky old paint. Do not use wire brush due to it would cause corrosion. For fungi and algaae infested area. it should be scrubbed with JBP MouldWash then leave it dry for 3 hours and no need to rinse off. Cracks on surface must be filled up with appropriate caulking compound
