 JBP 3A AAA Acrylic For Exterior (Matt) 

  This Interior topcoat is especially designed for tropical weather with high quality pigments. It offers extreme adhesion, ultimate covering power and smooth paint finish. It has great resistance to weather, water, alkali and salt stain and is safe for users and homeowners.

  Description :
  Formulated as an topcoat for exterior. Based on 100% Pure acrylic latex and other selected ingredient which exhibits good performance, provide good adhesion and hiding power, good resistance to water, alkali, efforescence, fungi, algae and weathering. Paint cured by water evaporation. With neither mercry non lead added, it is safe to end users.

• Clean the surface Until Free from dust, cement, dirt and grease with clean cloth and water or detergent then leave the surface dry at least 1 month. Allow enough time for the surface to dry completely.

• Remove all deteriorated, loose, chalky old paint. Do not use wire brush due to it would cause corrosion. For fungi and algaae infested area. it should be scrubbed with JBP MouldWash then leave it dry for 3 hours and no need to rinse off. Cracks on surface must be filled up with appropriate caulking compound  

• AAA Alkali Resistant Primer for Interior #2400 or immediately after stucco 2 day or humidity up to 45% with JBP Superme Primer #2900 (Water Based)

• JBP Chalky Wall Sealer #900 (Water Based)
