  Description :
 The No.1 topcoat for professionals. This topcoat is formulated with 100% pure acrylic latex. It also helps reflect UV and reduce temperature from the outside, making your home cooler. The color is long-lasting and is able to keep your home bright and beautiful for longer time. It is packed with top quality features and provides smooth finish and ultimate hiding power. high protection against weather conditions and UV rays.

• Clean the surface Until Free from dust, cement, dirt and grease with clean cloth and water or detergent then leave the surface dry at least 1 month. Allow enough time for the surface to dry completely.

• Remove all deteriorated, loose, chalky old paint. Do not use wire brush due to it would cause corrosion. For fungi and algaae infested area. it should be scrubbed with JBP MouldWash then leave it dry for 3 hours and no need to rinse off. Cracks on surface must be filled up with appropriate caulking compound  

• Sora P. Primer for Interior #7711 or immediately after stucco 2 day or humidity up to 45% with JBP Superme Primer #2900 (Water Based)

• JBP Chalky Wall Sealer #900 (Water Based)
