  JBP AirClean+, is the platinum grade interior paint self primer and topcoat. JBP Airclean+ is 100% acrylic emulsion paint which provides an extraordinary function of the antimicrobial property. With the combination of Silverions (Ag+) and Zeolite technologized from Japan, JBP instance virus, fungi, and bacteria, but also the eliminations of the toxic volatile organic compounds (VOCs), cigarette smoke, as well as musty small. JBP Airclean+ has been designed and developed for customers who are requiring fresh air inside their home and concerning about the safety of family member, especially the ones who need more care, i.e. infant, kid, and patients.

• Clean the surface Until Free from dust, cement, dirt and grease with clean cloth and water or detergent then leave the surface dry at least 1 month. Allow enough time for the surface to dry completely.

• Remove all deteriorated, loose, chalky old paint. Do not use wire brush due to it would cause corrosion. For fungi and algaae infested area. it should be scrubbed with JBP MouldWash then leave it dry for 3 hours and no need to rinse off. Cracks on surface must be filled up with appropriate caulking compound  

• JBP Airclean Plus or immediately after stucco 2 day or humidity up to 45% with JBP Supreme Primer #2900 (Water Based)
