  JBP Smart, with "Ultra Protection" technology, offers 2 times weather resistance qualification in order to protect you home to be durable in all weather condition. JBP Smart also contains Microsphere Ceramic which can be a heat reflective insulation and reducing heat transfer into the buliding. Morover, the arrangement of acrylic in froms of compact layer can helps the qualification of washable, scrub resistance, excellent adhesion and durability. JBP Smart is Safe to users and eveyone. Suitable for stucco, concrete, brick, gysum, asbestor and cement.

• Clean the surface Until Free from dust, cement, dirt and grease with clean cloth and water or detergent then leave the surface dry at least 1 month. Allow enough time for the surface to dry completely.

• Remove all deteriorated, loose, chalky old paint. Do not use wire brush due to it would cause corrosion. For fungi and algaae infested area. it should be scrubbed with JBP MouldWash then leave it dry for 3 hours and no need to rinse off. Cracks on surface must be filled up with appropriate caulking compound  

• JBP Smart Coat Alkali Resistant Primer For Exterior #8700 or immediately after stucco 2 day or humidity up to 45% with JBP Supreme Primer #2900 (Water Based)

• JBP Chalky Wall Sealer #900 (Water Based)
