• สีทับหน้า

• • ทาทับหน้าด้วย สีเคลือบเงาโฟร์ซีซั่น 2 เที่ยว (30 ไมครอน ต่อ 1 เที่ยว)

• อุณหภูมิของชิ้นงานจะต้องสูงกว่า 10 ํC และสูงกว่าจุดน้ำค้างอย่างน้อย 3 ํC
• อุณหภูมิและความชื้นสัมพัทธ์ต่างมีผลต่อชิ้นงานและการแห้งตัวของฟิล์มสี

4 SEASONS Grey Primer

  4 SEASON Grey Primer as anti-corrosive pigment and a special alkyd as vehicle agent.
  It is a general purpose primer for metal before topcoat with 4SEASON Enamel Gloss
  It is characterized with fast drying, good flow and good adhesion for metal substrate. It is primer for iron,
  Steel of general construction, such as fabricated steel, machineries, iron rails, gates, grills for the windows, ect.

  FEATURES :

• Primer based on zinc anti-corrosive pigment and special alkyd resin combined to make rust protection, color film high adhesive and deeply penetrate to surface.
• None added mercury and lead 100 %. No harm for healthy and environmental-friendly.
• Reinforce adhesion for the topcoat. 
• Quick drying.  

  APPLICATION SYSTEM
  Surface Preparation :

• Old surface (Steel)

• • Polishing the paint film peeling out clean the dust, rust and grease-free

• New surface

• • Steel substrate must be prepared, free from rust, millscale, dirt, loose particles, and waxy contaminate.

  Coating system :
  Primer

• Steel

• • 4 Season Grey primer 1-2 coat. (40 µ per coat)

• Alloy

• • Apply 1 coat TOA Wash Primer for galvanized steel and aluminium alloy surface (10 µ per coat)

• • 4 Season Grey Primer 1-2 coat. (40 µ per coat)

• Topcoat 

• • Apply 4 Season Enamel gloss 2 coat (30 µ per coat)

  Recommendation :

• • The temperature of the substrate should be minimum 10 ํC and at least 3 ํC above the dew point of the air, temperature and relative humidity measured in the vicinty of the substrate. Good ventilation is required in confined areas to ensure correct drying.
