• ขัดล้างสีเดิมที่เสื่อมสภาพออกให้หมด (ไม่ควรใช้แปรงลวด)
• บริเวณที่มีเชื้อราหรือตะไคร่น้ำ ต้องขัดล้างทำความสะอาดก่อน เมื่อพื้นผิวแห้งให้ทาด้วยน้ำยาฆ่าเชื้อรา นิปปอนเพนต์ วีนิเลกซ์ ไบโวอช 1 เที่ยว แล้วทิ้งให้แห้ง 1 วัน
• ซ่อมแซมพื้นที่แตกด้วยสีโป๊ว นิปปอนเพนต์ สีนิเลกซ์ วอล พัตตี้
• ทาสีรองพื้นปูนเก่า สูตรน้ามัน นิปปอนเพนต์ เอ็กซ์เซล ไพรเมอร์ จานวน 1 เที่ยว
• ทาสีทับหน้าด้วย นิปปอนเพนต์ ซุปเปอร์เซิฟ สาหรับภายนอก จานวน 2 เที่ยว

 Nippon Paint Supersevre Interior 
 
  Nippon Paint Supersevre 100% Acrylic Emulsion paint is specially formuleated to give good film properties with reasonable price. It gives smooth surface and beautyful color, good adhesion to substrate and easy application.
  Feature : 

• Good coverage & hiding power
• Anti-fungus and algae
• Smooth Finishing 
• Good quality saving cost

  Surface Preparation : 
  Ensurethatthesurfaceiscleananddryitmustbefreefromdirt,greasesandotherforeignmatters. (Moisture content not more than 6% by Kett model HI-520 or 14% by Protimeter Mini : pH not more than 8)

   New Surface :

• Allow all surfaces to dry completely prior to painting. (At least 28 days)
• Apply with Nippon Paint Superserve Wall Sealer (water based) 1 coat.

   Old Surface :

• Remove all defective paint. (aoid wire brush)
• Treat any areas affected by funguns growth by scrubbing and allowing the surface to dry completely begfore painting then apply with Nippon Paint Vinilex Wall Putty.
• Then Apply with Nippon Excel Primer (Solvent based) 1 coat and apply with Nippon Paint Superserve 2 coats.
