  Multipurpose water-based cement primer Delta Toptech Primer  is a water-based cement primer, Toptech Primer, produced from special resins. It can be applied on the freshly plastered mortar for about 3 days and can prevent alkali problems and high salt deposits from the mortar well. Color film is resistant to all weather conditions in all seasons. (Including coastal areas), therefore making the topcoat durable, beautiful, not faded, color does not blister, peel off and cause salt stains. Can be used both outside and inside

   Recommended surface preparation : 

• New cement surfaces :  before painting, the surface must be cleaned to be free from dust, cement debris, grease stains and various dirt.
• Old cement surfaces: Scrub the original paint that has deteriorated completely. (Do not use a wire brush) where there is mold or algae. to scrub with Delta Bio Wash mold and algae remover, then wash and dry the surface for 1 day.

   Recommendations for painting : 

• New cement surfaces : Apply 1 coat of Toptech Code White Water-Based Multi-Purpose Primer, allow it to dry for 2 hours, and then apply 2 coats of topcoat.
• Old cement surfaces :  Apply a moisture-resistant multi-purpose cement primer, water formula, Top Tech. What code is it? 1 coat, leave to dry for 2 hours, then apply 2 coats of topcoat.
