   Recommended surface preparation : 

• New cement surfaces :  before painting, the surface must be cleaned to be free from dust, cement debris, grease stains and various dirt.
• Old cement surfaces: Scrub the original paint that has deteriorated completely. (Do not use a wire brush) where there is mold or algae. to scrub with Delta Bio Wash mold and algae remover, then wash and dry the surface for 1 day.

   Recommendations for painting : 

• New cement surfaces : Apply 1 coat of Toptech Code White Water-Based Multi-Purpose Primer, allow it to dry for 2 hours, and then apply 2 coats of topcoat.
• Old cement surfaces :  Apply 1 coat of Toptech Code White Water-Based Multi-Purpose Primer, allow it to dry for 2 hours, and then apply 2 coats of topcoat.
