• พื้นผิวปูนเก่า : ขัดล้างสีเดิมที่เสื่อมสภาพออกให้หมด บริเวณที่มีเชื้อรา หรือตะไคร้น้ำ ให้ขัดล้างด้วย น้ำยากำจัดเชื้อราและตะไคร้น้ำ เดลต้า Bio Wash จากนั้นล้างทำความสะอาดและทิ้งพื้นผิวให้แห้ง 1 วัน

• พื้นผิวปูนใหม่ : ทาสีรองพื้นอะครีลิคยืดหยุ่น ท็อปเทค โค๊ดเฟล๊ก จำนวน 1 เที่ยว ทิ้งให้แห้ง 2 ชั่วโมง แล้วทาทับหน้าด้วยสีทาทับหน้าจำนวน 2 เที่ยว
• พื้นผิวปูนเก่า : ทาสีรองพื้นอะคริลิคยืดหยุ่น ท็อปเทค โค๊ดเฟล๊ก จำนวน 1 เที่ยว ทิ้งให้แห้ง 2 ชั่วโมง แล้วทาทับหน้าด้วยสีทับหน้าจำนวน 2 เที่ยว

  Special water-based cement primer, flexible type Toptech Code FLEX Delta Toptech COTE FLEX
is a primer with a highly flexible paint film. Helps to coordinate the sesame cracks not more than 0.5 mm. and prevents alkalis and salt stains well. Prevent water seeping into the wall. Reduce the problem of color peeling off. due to excellent adhesion Helps to make the topcoat look fresh, long lasting, suitable for plaster surfaces. Fiber cement 
properties :

• highly flexible paint film Helps to cover the sesame cracks on the wall perfectly.
• Excellent protection against water penetration into the wall. Reduce the problem of color fading. color swelling from moisture
• provide higher adhesion Reduce the problem of color fading. provide durable color film
• Prevents moisture stains and algae.
• Can be used on both new and old cement surfaces

   Recommended surface preparation : 

• New cement surfaces :  Leave the wall to dry for at least 1 month. Clean it from dust, cement and grease.
• Old cement surfaces: Scrub the original paint that has deteriorated completely. moldy area or lemongrass to scrub with Delta Bio Wash mold and algae remover, then rinse and leave the surface to dry for 1 day.

   Recommendations for painting : 

• New cement surfaces : Apply 1 coat of Toptech Flexible Acrylic Primer Coat, allow to dry for 2 hours, and apply 2 coats of topcoat.
• Old cement surfaces :  Apply 1 coat of Toptech Flexible Acrylic Primer Coat, allow to dry for 2 hours, and then apply 2 coats of topcoat.
