• SuperShield Aqua Gloss has VOCs lower than other enamel 10 times, easy to use and dilute with water.
• Fastest drying in 1 hr. This product is developed for use in area that require urgent work without disturbing smell.
• Protect substrate from oxidation reaction of water and air. 
• Non yellow in white shade.
• Anti-bacterial for lifetime by Microban.

• TOA Grey Primer (G-2010) will prevent from any rust that will adhere to the surface It can apply on steel, aluminium and galvanized steel.
• TOA Aluminium Wood Primer (G1601) is suitable applied for new wood surface.
• TOA Universal Undercoat (G1600) will prevent fungal and it is suitable applied for old wood.

• New Surface Concrete

• • Substrate must be completely cured and dried (~1 month) free from oil, grease, mildew.
• Old Surface Concrete
  • Powdery and chalky surface must be scrubbed and cleaned with water.

• • Fungus and mildew growth must be cleaned off. Left to dry for 2-3 days.

• • For more smooth surface use TOA Acrylic Wall Filler for skim coating.
• Structure Coating Surface

• • The surface must be clean, dry, free of loose rust and scale paint, etc. Remove all oil, grease and other contaminants with a suitable solvent. Metal should be blast cleaned in accordance with NACE No.2 / SSPC-SP10, ISO 8501:1, SIS Sa 2.5 to a near-white finish using a suitable abrasive or Power tool cleaning in accordance with SIS St 3 or SSPC-SP3.

• • Surface repair (cracks, pores, holes) done with TOA Epoxy putty and polishing of surface with moltoprene disk.

• Wood Coating Surface

• • Use TOA abrasive paper no. 240-320 to sand the wood surface until smooth, Fill all wood crack and hole by filler Sand again until the smooth surface is obtain, Clean the surface until no dust remain

• Protective Coating

• • Primer Supershield Aqua Gloss Primer 40 microns x 1 coat

• • Topcoat Supershield Aqua Gloss 40 microns x 2 coats

• The proper relative humidity in the work shall not exceed 85% RH.

• The temperature of the substrate should be minimum 10 °C and at least 3 °C above the dew point of the air , temperature and relative humidity measured in the vicinity of the substrate for prevent moisture and water drop on substrate effective adhesion and drying time.

• Storage condition
  • The product must be stored in accordance with national regulations. Storage conditions are to keep the containers in a dry, cool, well ventilated space and away from source of heat and ignition.
