• It is an ideal for the priming of masonry surface in wich the old paint is in deterriorated and chalky condition.It provides goos adhesive forces to the substrate and render the chalky surface suitable for subsequent top coating.
• Typical Use ; It is mainly used as a surface conditioner for powdery or chalky surface before applying the TOA 7IN1 Elastomeric wall coating. It is also recommended for priming the new cement,plaster or asbestos surface where alkalinity is likely the cause of colour discoloration and other paint defects.

• Old surface

• • Remove to the deteriorate paint film (not use wire brush)
  • Areas where the fungus to kill mold polished clean with liquid TOA Microkill.
  • Cleaning. Then let it dry 1-2 days.
  • At a crack width less than 1 mm. and not break continuity Putty for filling with TOA acrylic acrylic filler.
  • Around the crack. Wider than 1 mm. or a different continuity.
  • Putty for filling with TOA Acrylic Sealant.

• Primer

• • Apply 1 coat of TOA 7IN1 CONTACT PRIMER WB
• Topcoat

• • Apply 2-3 coats of TOA 7IN1 FUTURE COLOR SHEEN or SEMI-GLOSS
