Crocodile Shellac น้ำมันแชล็คทาไม้ ตราจระเข้ (แกลลอน)

• ผิวไม้ไม่ลอกล่อน แตกพอง
• โปร่งใส โชว์ลายไม้งดงาม
• เนื้อสีเรียบเนียน ไม่เป็นจ้ำ
• ฟิล์มสีหายใจได้ ป้องกันความชื้น
• ฟิล์มยืดหดตามเนื้อไม้ 
• ใช้ได้ทั้งทาและพ่น

• สำหรับไม้ที่มียางไม้ หรือน้ำมันตามธรรมชาติ ให้ทำความสะอาดด้วยทินเนอร์ เทอร์โบ AAA 
• สำหรับไม้ที่มีการเคลือบสีอยู่แล้ว : เพื่อการปกป้องสูงสุด ต้องขัดสีเดิมออกจนถึงเนื้อไม้ หรือใช้น้ำยาลอกสีเทอร์โบ จากนั้นทำความสะอาดและทิ้งไว้ให้แห้งสนิท
• อุดโป๊วรู หรือรอยหัวตะปูด้วย Wood Sealer ตราจระเข้ ทิ้งไว้ 30 นาที จากนั้นขัดแต่งด้วยกระดาษทรายแล้วทำความสะอาด

• กวนแชล็คให้เป็นเนื้อเดียวกัน ทั้งก่อนใช้ และระหว่างใช้งาน เพื่อรักษาระดับเนื้อสีให้มีความสม่ำเสมอ
• กรณีที่ต้องการปรับความเข้มข้น ให้ปรับด้วยการผสม แอลกอฮอล์ ตราจระเข้ 5-10 %

• กรณีทาด้วยแปรง ให้ทาตามลายไม้ เพื่อให้แชล็ค สามารถซึมเข้าไปในเนื้อไม้ได้ดียิ่งขึ้น
• ทาอย่างน้อย 1-2 รอบ เพื่อให้ฟิล์มมีความหนาเหมาะสม เห็นลายไม้ชัดเจน และมีอายุการใช้งานยาวนาน โดยทิ้งให้แห้งอย่างน้อย 30-45 นาที จากนั้นลูบเบาๆ ด้วยกระดาษทราย ก่อนทาเที่ยวถัดไปเพื่อการยึดเกาะที่ดี

 Crocodile Shellac 

  High quality shellac from Crocodile offers multi-purpose wood solutions such as wood treatment and finish coating. Our shellac can be used as wood primer. sealer, and clear gloss finish.

  It provides smooth and clear film, high durability, deep penetration, and thick film layer. 
  The product is free from lead and mercury that safes for user and environment.
  It is suitable for all type of woods.

  SurfacePreparation :
  Clean surface to ensure that it is free from oil, dirt, grease, and waxy contaminant.  Apply fine sandpaper to smooth surface.

• For new wood, clean tannin stain with TURBO thinner AAA
• For old  coated wood, apply sanpaper or paint remover to strip the old layers back to original wood layer.

  Shellac Preparation :

• Stri the paint thoroughly before and during application.
• Adjust the thickness by applying Crocodile Alcohol.

  Shellac Applying :

• For brush application, apply evenly along the grain and always back-brush during the application to ensure proper penetration and coverage.
• Apply the product at least 1-2 coats. Let film dry at least 30-45 minutes and lightly sand with fine sanpaper before the next coat.
