 Turbo Zinc Guard Primer Galvanized Metal 
   Top quality multi-purpose primer offers anti-rust protection for metal. All in one paint and primer is very easy to use and helps you save time and budget. The product comes with excellent adhesive and anticorrosive properties especially for galvanized steel, metal, zinc, aluminum, aluminum alloy, and stainless steel.

  Surface Preparation :
  New Metal Surface 
  Clean surface to ensure that it is free from oil, dirt, greasse, and waxy contaminant.
 *If surface is very hard, durable and glossy such as stainless steel, apply sandpaper to increase bonding streangth.
  Old Metal Surface

• Flaked surface must be removed.
• Appply sandpaper to smooth surface. 
• Clean remnant and rust.

  Primer and Top coat :
  Apply 1-2 coats of TURBO Zinc Guard Primer.
 *In case you apply the product more than 1 coat, let film dry at least 2 hours before the next coat.

  ** If Top Coat with Enamel Paint :
  Apply 2 coats of TURBO Enamel Paint. After apply the first coat, let film dry at least 8 hours before the next coat.

Finish Film	: Sheen
Coverage (sq.m./gallon/coat)	: 45 - 50
Tool	: Brush, Rooler, Spray
Application	: Mix with 5-10 % Turbo Thinner AAA
Drying Surface	: 20 min.
Drying Recoat	: 2 hr.
