Swan Premium 100% Pure Acrylic Emulsion Paint

• พื้นผิวปูนใหม่

• • ทิ้งให้พื้นผิวแห้งสนิทอย่างน้อย 1 เดือน และมีความชื้นน้อยกว่า 14% ก่อนทาสีรองพื้นปูนใหม่กันด่าง
• พื้นผิวปูนเก่า

• • ขัดล้างสีเดิมที่เสื่อมสภาพออกให้หมด ส่วนบริเวณที่มีเชื้อราหรือตะไคร่น้ำต้องขัดล้างด้วยน้ำยาซักผ้าขาว และล้างออกด้วยน้ำสะอาด จากนั้นทิ้งไว้ให้แห้งสนิทก่อนทาสีรองพื้นปูนเก่า 

• พื้นผิวปูนใหม่

• • ทาสีรองพื้นปูนใหม่กันด่าง สวอน พรีเมี่ยม จำนวน 1 เที่ยว แล้วทิ้งให้แห้งอย่างน้อย 1 ชม. ก่อนทาสีทับหน้า
• พื้นผิวปูนเก่า

• • ทาสีรองพื้นปูนเก่า สวอน พรีเมี่ยม จำนวน 1 เที่ยว แล้วทิ้งให้แห้งอย่างน้อย 2 ชม. ก่อนทาสีทับหน้า

• ทาสีทับหน้า สวอน พรีเมี่ยม จำนวน 2-3 เที่ยว โดยทิ้งระยะให้สีชั้นแรกแห้งสนิทก่อน 1 ชม. ก่อนทาสีทับหน้าเที่ยวถัดไป

  The product is suitable for all type of cincrete, cement gysum, and ceramic. 

 

 

Swan Premium 100% Pure Acrylic Emulsion Paint

Specifications 
Paint type: Acrylic paint Swan premium interior

Mixing before use by volume: clean water 5-10%
Dry time: surface dry 20 minutes, dry over 1 hour

Painting system
Step 1 Surface preparation 

• new cement surface

• • Leave the surface dry for at least 1 month and the humidity is less than 14% before applying a new anti-alkali primer.
• old cement surface

• • Scrub the original paint that has deteriorated completely. The area with mold or algae must be scrubbed and washed with bleach. and rinse with clean water Then leave it to dry completely before painting the old plaster primer. 

Recommendations: Before painting every time. The surface must be cleaned. To be free from dust, grease, cement debris and various impurities. and left to dry completely Or you can use rubbing paper on the surface to scrub it clean. If there are cracks, the cracks should be repaired with Turbo Gap Putty and then smooth the surface before applying the primer

• • Apply 1 coat of new Swan Premium anti-alkali primer and leave it to dry for at least 1 hour before applying the topcoat.
• old cement surface

• • Apply 1 coat of Swan Premium Old Concrete Primer and leave it to dry for at least 2 hours before applying topcoat.

Step 3 Topcoat paint

• Apply 2-3 coats of Swan Premium Topcoat, leaving the first layer to dry for 1 hour before applying the next coat.
