• ทีโอเอ โปรไทล์ เป็นกาวซีเมนต์ที่ผสมสำเร็จรูปจากโรงงาน ทำให้ได้คุณภาพสม่ำเสมอ
• ใช้งานง่าย สะดวก เพียงผสมน้ำเท่านั้น
• เหนียวติดทน เพิ่มแรงยึดเกาะสูง
• ปูกระเบื้องทั่วไป ขนาดใหญ่สุด 60 x 60 ซม.
• ใช้ได้ทั้งพื้น ผนัง ภายนอกและภายใน
• ปูพื้นหินอ่อน แกรนิต แกรนิตโต้ทั้งภายนอกและภายในอาคาร
• สามารถจัดหรือปรับแต่งกระเบื้องได้ภายในเวลา 15 นาที หลังจากการปู

• ผสม ทีโอเอ โปรไทล์ 20 กก. กับน้ำสะอาด 5 - 5.2 ลิตร ปั่นด้วยสว่านรอบต่ำผสมให้เป็นเนื้อเดียวกัน
• ทิ้งไว้เพื่อให้เคมีบ่มตัวประมาณ 10 นาที จึงทำการกวนส่วนผสมอีกครั้งก่อนนำมาใช้งาน
• ใช้เกรียงหวีด้านเรียบปาดกาวซีเมนต์ ทีโอเอ โปรไทล์ ลงบนพื้นหรือผนังที่ต้องการปูกระเบื้อง
• ใช้เกรียงหวีปาดเป็นร่องให้ทั่ว และครูดให้เป็นรอยทาง เลือกขนาดร่องของเกียงหวีให้ตรงกับความหนาของชั้นกาวที่เหมาะสมกับขนาดของกระเบื้อง
• นำกระเบื้องปูบนกาวซีเมนต์ ทีโอเอ โปรไทล์ เคาะกระเบื้องให้ติดแน่นกับกาวซีเมนต์ ทีโอเอ โปรไทล์ เมื่อกดกระเบื้องลง ควรแน่ใจว่าหลังกระเบื้องสัมผัสกับกาวซีเมนต์ ทีโอเอ โปรไทล์ เต็มแผ่น
• สามารถปรับแต่งกระเบื้องแต่ละแผ่นให้ตรงแนวตามต้องการภายใน 15 นาที
• ทิ้งไว้ 24 ช.ม. ก่อนทำการยาแนว
• อัตราการใช้งาน 20 กก. / 4.0 ตร.ม.

• พื้นที่ที่ต้องการปูกระเบื้องต้องแข็งแรง สะอาด ปราศจากฝุ่นผง เศษ ซีเมนต์ สี คราบไขต่างๆ
• ล้างทำความสะอาดพื้นผิวโดยใช้น้ำฉีด ขัดพื้นผิวให้สะอาดก่อนใช้กาวซีเมนต์ ทีโอเอ โปรไทล์
• ถ้าพื้นผิวมีรูพรุนมาก ต้องทำให้พื้นผิวเปียกชุ่ม และซึมซับน้ำให้อิ่มตัวก่อนปูกระเบื้อง
• ถ้าพื้นผิวเป็นผนังปูนฉาบหรือปูนปรับระดับใหม่ ควรทิ้งไว้ 7 วันก่อนปูกระเบื้อง

• ผสม ทีโอเอ โปรไทล์ 20 กก. กับน้ำสะอาด 5 - 5.2 ลิตร ปั่นด้วยสว่านรอบต่ำ ผสมให้เป็นเนื้อเดียวกัน
• ทิ้งไว้เพื่อให้เคมีบ่มตัวประมาณ 3 - 5 นาที จึงทำการกวนส่วนผสมอีกครั้งก่อนนำไปใช้งาน
• ใช้เกรียงหวีด้านเรียบปาดกาวซีเมนต์ ทีโอเอ โปรไทล์ ลงบนพื้นหรือผนังที่ต้องการปูกระเบื้อง
• ใช้เกรียงหวีปานเป็นร่องให้ทั่ว และครูดให้เป็นรอยทาง เลือกขนาดร่องของเกรียงหวีให้ตรงกับความหนาของชั้นกาว ที่เหมาะสม กับขนาดของกระเบื้อง
• นำกระเบื้องปูบนกาวซีเมนต์ ทีโอเอ โปรไทล์ เคาะกระเบื้องให้ติดแน่นกับกาวซีเมนต์ ทีโอเอ โปรไทล์ เมื่อกดกระเบื้องลง ควรแน่ใจว่าหลังกระเบื้องสัมผัสกับกาวซีเมนต์ ทีโอเอ โปรไทล์เต็มแผ่น
• สามารถปรับแต่งกระเบื้องแต่ละแผ่นให้ตรงแนวตามต้องการภายในเวลา 15 นาที
• ทิ้งไว้ 24 ชม.ก่อนทำการยาแนว

• ต้องทำพื้นที่ที่จะปูกระเบื้องให้เปียกชื้นอย่างทั่วถึง และไม่มีน้ำขังก่อนการปู
• ไม่ควรทำงานในที่ร้อน เช่น กลางแดดจัด เพราะวัสดุจะแห้งเร็วเกินไปทำให้ทำงานไม่ทัน
• เพื่อให้การยึดเกาะดีขึ้น ต้องทำให้หลังกระเบื้องสัมผัสกับกาวซีเมนต์ ทีโอเอ โปรไทล์ เต็มแผ่น
• ควรสวมอุปกรณ์ป้องกัน เช่น ถุงมือ , หน้ากากกันฝุ่น , แว่นตา กรณีเข้าตาให้รีบล้างด้วยน้ำสะอาดหลายๆ ครั้ง และรีบปรึกษาแพทย์
• ล้างเครื่องมือด้วยน้ำหลังการใช้งาน ก่อนที่วัสดุจะแห้ง

• โดยเฉลี่ย 20 กิโลกรัม ต่อพื้นที่ 4.0 ตารางเมตร

• สภาวะการเก็บรักษา
  • ควรเก็บไว้ในที่แห้ง ไม่มีความชื้น และอุณหภูมิไม่สูงจนเกินไป เพราะอาจทำให้ผลิตภัณฑ์เสื่อม

  • อายุการเก็บประมาณ 1 ปี นับจากวันที่ผลิต ในภาชนะที่ยังไม่เปิดและเก็บให้แห้ง

It is supplied ready-to-use with the addition of water giving good bonding for laying tiles on walls and floors, interior and exterior.

USES
TOA Protile is used for the following areas :

• Tile on wall and Floor
• Cereamic tiles up to 60 X 60 cm.
• Clay tiles, Granito tiles, Mosaic tiles
• Interior and Exterior
• Types of substrate : Cement and concrete

 APPLICATION SYSTEM 
Surface Preparation :

• Substrate must be sound, free of loose or weak particles, dust and dirt. Oil and wax containing layers, as well as laitance must be completely removed.
• Clean the surface by using water jet before using TOA Protile.
• In case of porous substrate, make sure the substrate is wet and absorb water before tiling.
• New plastering or self levelling mortar must be allowed to cure for at least 7 days.

Application :

• Mix 20 kgs. of TOA Protile with clean water 5.0 – 5.2 liters. Mix well with a low speed mixer until the compound is evenly mixed.
• Leave the mixture for 3 - 5 minutes for chemical curing and reducing air bubble, then remix before using.
• Use a flat trowel to smooth TOA Protile on the floor or wall.
• Use a trowel to scrape the groove all over. Select the groove of the trowel comb to match the thickness of TOA Protile and the size of the tile.
• Lay down the tile on TOA Protile and knock the tiles firmly to the tile adhesive. Make sure the tile is fully touched with tile adhesive.
• Each tile can be adjusted within 15 minutes. Leave it to dry 24 hours before grouting.

Recommendation :

• The surface must be throughly wetted down prior to apply.
• Do not use TOA Protile during strong sunshine or on hot substrate it will cause the open time is less than normal - For high adhesion. All back side of the tile must be contact with TOA Protile.
• Wash all tools immediately after use with water.
