• ผสม ทีโอเอ พรีเมียมไทล์ 20 กก. กับน้ำสะอาด 5 - 5.2 ลิตร ปั่นด้วยสว่านรอบต่ำผสมให้เป็นเนื้อเดียวกัน
• ทิ้งไว้เพื่อให้เคมีบ่มตัวประมาณ 10 นาที จึงทำการกวนส่วนผสมอีกครั้งก่อนนำมาใช้งาน
• ใช้เกรียงหวีด้านเรียบปาดกาวซีเมนต์ ทีโอเอ พรีเมียมไทล์ ลงบนพื้นหรือผนังที่ต้องการปูกระเบื้อง
• ใช้เกรียงหวีปาดเป็นร่องให้ทั่ว และครูดให้เป็นรอยทาง เลือกขนาดร่องของเกียงหวีให้ตรงกับความหนาของชั้นกาวที่เหมาะสมกับขนาดของกระเบื้อง
• นำกระเบื้องปูบนกาวซีเมนต์ ทีโอเอ พรีเมียมไทล์ เคาะกระเบื้องให้ติดแน่นกับกาวซีเมนต์ ทีโอเอ พรีเมียมไทล์ เมื่อกดกระเบื้องลง ควรแน่ใจว่าหลังกระเบื้องสัมผัสกับกาวซีเมนต์ ทีโอเอ พรีเมียมไทล์ เต็มแผ่น
• สามารถปรับแต่งกระเบื้องแต่ละแผ่นให้ตรงแนวตามต้องการภายใน 15 นาที
• ทิ้งไว้ 24 ช.ม. ก่อนทำการยาแนว

• ล้างทำความสะอาดพื้นผิวโดยใช้น้ำฉีด ขัดพื้นผิวให้สะอาดก่อนใช้กาวซีเมนต์ ทีโอเอ พรีเมียมไทล์
• ถ้าพื้นผิวมีรูพรุนมาก ต้องทำให้พื้นผิวเปียกชุ่ม และซึมซับน้ำให้อิ่มตัวก่อนปูกระเบื้อง
• ถ้าพื้นผิวเป็นผนังปูนฉาบหรือปูนปรับระดับใหม่ ควรทิ้งไว้ 7 วันก่อนปูกระเบื้อง

• ผสม ทีโอเอ พรีเมียมไทล์ 20 กก. กับน้ำสะอาด 5.6 - 6.0 ลิตร ปั่นด้วยสว่านรอบต่ำ ผสมให้เป็นเนื้อเดียวกัน
• ทิ้งไว้เพื่อให้เคมีบ่มตัวประมาณ 3 - 5 นาที จึงทำการกวนส่วนผสมอีกครั้งก่อนนำไปใช้งาน
• ใช้เกรียงหวีด้านเรียบปาดกาวซีเมนต์ ทีโอเอ พรีเมียมไทล์ ลงบนพื้นหรือผนังที่ต้องการปูกระเบื้อง
• ใช้เกรียงหวีปานเป็นร่องให้ทั่ว และครูดให้เป็นรอยทาง เลือกขนาดร่องของเกรียงหวีให้ตรงกับความหนาของชั้นกาว ที่เหมาะสม กับขนาดของกระเบื้อง
• นำกระเบื้องปูบนกาวซีเมนต์ ทีโอเอ พรีเมียมไทล์ เคาะกระเบื้องให้ติดแน่นกับกาวซีเมนต์ ทีโอเอ พรีเมียมไทล์ เมื่อกดกระเบื้องลง ควรแน่ใจว่าหลังกระเบื้องสัมผัสกับกาวซีเมนต์ ทีโอเอ พรีเมียมไทล์ เต็มแผ่น
• สามารถปรับแต่งกระเบื้องแต่ละแผ่นให้ตรงแนวตามต้องการภายในเวลา 15 นาที
• ทิ้งไว้ 24 ชม.ก่อนทำการยาแนว

• ต้องทำพื้นที่ที่จะปูกระเบื้องให้เปียกชื้นอย่างทั่วถึง และไม่มีน้ำขังก่อนการปู
• ไม่ควรทำงานในที่ร้อน เช่น กลางแดดจัด เพราะวัสดุจะแห้งเร็วเกินไปทำให้ทำงานไม่ทัน
• เพื่อให้การยึดเกาะดีขึ้น ต้องทำให้หลังกระเบื้องสัมผัสกับกาวซีเมนต์ ทีโอเอ พรีเมียมไทล์ เต็มแผ่น
• ควรสวมอุปกรณ์ป้องกัน เช่น ถุงมือ , หน้ากากกันฝุ่น , แว่นตา กรณีเข้าตาให้รีบล้างด้วยน้ำสะอาดหลายๆ ครั้ง และรีบปรึกษาแพทย์
• ล้างเครื่องมือด้วยน้ำหลังการใช้งาน ก่อนที่วัสดุจะแห้ง

TOA Premiumtile is a high performance thin layer, flexible cementitious tiling adhesive mortar containing cement, selected fine grain aggregates and specialty chemical additives.

It provides excellent bonding strength and consistency in different climate, can be used for adhering all types of tiles on masonry substrates such as sand/cement render, precast concrete and gypsum boards. TOA Premiumtile is easy-to-handle, can be used on walls and floors, interior and exterior.

 APPLICATION SYSTEM 
Surface Preparation :

• Substrate must be sound, free of loose or weak particles, dust and dirt. Oil and wax containing layers, as well as laitance must be completely removed.
• Clean the surface by using water jet before using TOA Premiumtile.
• In case of porous substrate, make sure the substrate is wet and absorb water before tiling.
• New plastering or self levelling mortar must be allowed to cure for at least 7 days.

Application :

• Mix 20 kgs. of TOA Premiumtile with clean water 5.6 - 6 liters. Mix well with a low speed mixer until  the compound is evenly mixed.
• Leave the mixture for 3 - 5 minutes for chemical curing and reducing air bubble, then remix before using.
• Use a flat trowel to smooth TOA Premiumtile on the floor or wall.
• Use a trowel to scrape the groove all over. Select the groove of the trowel comb to match the thickness of TOA Premiumtile and the size of the tile.
• Lay down the tile on TOA Premiumtile and knock the tiles firmly to the tile adhesive. Make sure the tile is fully touched with tile adhesive.
• Each tile can be adjusted within 20 minutes. Leave it to dry 24 hours before grouting.

 Recommendation : 

• The surface must be throughly wetted down prior to apply. 
• Do not use TOA Premiumtile during strong sunshine or on hot substrate it will cause the open time is less than normal.
• For high adhesion. All back side of the tile must be contact with TOA Premiumtile.
• Wash all tools immediately after use with water.
