• กาวอีพ็อกซี่ 2 ส่วนผสมใช้สำหรับยึดเหล็กเสียบโครงสร้าง ยึดติดวัสดุต่างๆ เช่นคอนกรีต เหล็ก
• ฉาบผิวในงานซ่อมรอยแตกคอนกรีต และงานซ่อมรอยแตกบิ่นตามขอบมุม
• ยึดเกาะได้ดีทั้งโลหะ, คอนกรีต, หิน และกระเบื้อง
• มีความคงทนสูง ไม่ไหลย้อย ทนต่อความชื้น
• ไม่เกิดการหดตัวเมื่อแห้งและแข็งตัว สามารถใช้ได้ทั้งพื้นผิวที่แห้งและชื้น
• ใช้กับงานยึดสลักเกลียว เสียบเหล็ก และงานอุดรูและช่องว่างต่างๆ

• ทาทีโอเอ รีบาร์ แองเคอริ่ง ที่ผสมแล้วลงบนพื้นผิวให้ทั่ว ให้ได้ความหนาสม่ำเสมอ ตรวจสอบให้แน่ใจว่าไม่มีช่องว่างระหว่างพื้นผิวกับวัสดุที่นำมาติดจากนั้นประกบพื้นผิวเข้าด้วยกันและกดให้แน่นไม่ให้ขยับ จนกว่ากาวจะแห้งตัว

  • ทำความสะอาดผิวคอนกรีตให้สะอาด ปราศจากฝุ่น ผงสี เศษซีเมนต์คราบไขต่างๆ คอนกรีตใหม่และมอร์ต้าต้องมีอายุไม่น้อยกว่า 28 วัน
• เหล็ก
  • ทำความสะอาดผิวเหล็กด้วยการพ่นทรายเพื่อกำจัดสนิมออกก่อน ไม่ต้องใช้วัสดุรองพื้นทาพื้นผิว
• การผสมกาว
  • 1.กวนส่วนผสม A และ B แยกกัน ให้แต่ละส่วผสมเข้าเป็นเนื้อเดียวกัน ไม่ให้มีการแยกชั้นตกตะกอน
  • 2.เทส่วน B เข้าผสมกับส่วน A และผสมโดยใช้เครื่องผสมความเร็วรอบต่ำอย่างน้อย 2 นาที จนได้ส่วนผสมเป็นเนื้อเดียวกันสีเทา

• ทา ทีโอเอ รีบาร์ แองเคอริ่ง ที่ผสมแล้วลงบนพื้นผิวให้ทั่ว ให้ได้ความหนาสม่ำเสมอ ตรวจสอบ ให้แน่ใจว่าไม่มีช่องว่างระหว่างพื้นผิวกับวัสดุที่นำมาติด จากนั้นประกบพื้นผิวเข้าด้วยกันและกด ให้แน่นไม่ให้ขยับ จนกว่ากาวจะแห้งตัว
• กรณียึดเหล็กในแนวนอน ให้จุ่มเหล็กใน ทีโอเอ รีบาร์ แองเคอริ่ง ให้ทั่ว ก่อนนำไปเสียบรูที่ผนัง
• กรณียึดเหล็กในแนวตั้ง ให้เท ทีโอเอ รีบาร์ แองเคอริ่ง ในรูที่เจาะไว้ก่อน แล้วเสียบเหล็ก การทำความสะอาด
• ให้ทำความสะอาดเครื่องมือต่างๆทันทีที่เสร็จงาน ก่อนที่ ทีโอเอ รีบาร์ แองเคอริ่ง จะแห้งตัว โดยใช้ไซลีนหรือทินเนอร์
• ในกรณีที่ ทีโอเอ รีบาร์ แองเคอริ่ง แข็งตัวแล้ว ให้ทุบหรือสกัดออกเท่านั้น

• ระยะเวลาทำงานหลังจากผสมทั้ง 2 ส่วนเข้าด้วยกันแล้วขึ้นอยู่กับอุณหภูมิ อุณหภูมิต่ำระยะเวลา ทำงานจะยาว อุณหภูมิสูงระยะเวลาทำงานจะสั้น หากต้องการให้ระยะเวลาทำงานยาวนานขึ้น ให้แบ่งผสมทีละน้อย และทำให้ส่วนประกอบทั้งสอง ส่วนผสมเย็นลงก่อนการผสม อุณหภูมิที่เหมาะสมสำหรับการทำงาน 5 – 35°C
• คอนกรีตใหม่และมอร์ต้าต้องมีอายุไม่น้อยกว่า 28 วัน หรือมีกำลังไม่น้อยกว่าค่าต่ำสุดที่ต้องการ

It has non-sagging property with high stability for easy and versatile applications. It cures with minimal shrinkage to a very strong and dense solid material.

USES
: TOA REBAR ANCHORING is suitable for use as follows :

• Holdinig down bolt, rebar anchoring, setting starting bars and dowels

 APPLICATION SYSTEM 
Surface Preparation :

• 1. Concrete, stone
  • The substrate must be clean, no dust and without any traces of oil, laitance or curing compound. New concrete and mortar must be at least 28 days old.
• 2. Steel
  • The surfaces must be free from rust , and it should be grit blasted to white metal. Primer is not required and not necessary.

Mixing

• 1. The hardener and the resin parts should first be stirred seperately to disperse any settlement.
• 2. The entire contents of the hardener container should be poured into the resin container, then mix two components thoroughly using a low-speed and paddle for at least 2 minutes untill a uniform color is obtained.

Cleaning

• 1. All tools and equipments should be cleaned immediately after use with xylene or thinner.
• 2. Hardened material can only be removed mechanically.

Application

• 1. When using as a thin film adhesive, apply the mixed of TOA Rebar Anchoring to the prepared surfaces with a trowel or spatula. Bond the surfaces together, hold the bonded surfaces firmly untill TOA Rebar Anchoring has set.
• 2. On horizontal direction, apply steel bars with TOA Rebar Anchoring before placing them into the wall.
• 3. On vertical direction, fill the prepared hole with TOA Rebar Anchoring and hold the steel rods.

 Recommendation 

• 1. Pot life after mixing the two parts together depends on the temperature. Low temperature, pot life will be long. High temperature, pot life will be short.

• 4. New concrete and mortar must be cured minimum 28 days or have concrete strength not less than the minimum required.

USAGE RATE

• 1.7 kg / m2 at 1 mm thickness

HANDING AND STORAGE

• Storage
  • Store in a dry place. Ventilated and do not touch the sun directly.
• Shelf life
  • Shelf life is up to 2 years from the date of manufacture.
  • Store at room temperature below 35 °C
