• ขั้นที่ 1 การเตรียมพื้นผิว

• • พื้นผิวไฟเบอร์ซีเมนต์ใหม่ : พื้นผิวที่จะทาควรทิ้งให้แห้งสนิท ปราศจากคราบไขมัน สิ่งสกปรก และคราบฝุ่นละอองต่าง ๆ สภาพแวดล้อมขณะใช้งาน พื้นผิวไม่ควรมีความชื้นเกิน 14%

• • พื้นผิวไฟเบอร์ซีเมนต์เก่า : พื้นผิวที่ฟิล์มสีเก่าเป็นฝุ่นชอล์ก หรือหลุดล่อน ควรขัดและลอกฟิล์มสีเก่าที่เสื่อมสภาพออกให้หมด

• • กรณีที่พื้นผิวมีเชื้อรา และตะไคร่น้ำ ควรทำความสะอาดให้หมดก่อน โดยใช้น้ำยากำจัดเชื้อราและตะไคร่น้ำ สูตรน้ำ เบเยอร์ โมลด์ฟรี เอ็ม–001 จากนั้นจึงทิ้งไว้ให้แห้งสนิท
  • กรณีที่พื้นผิวมีรอยแตกลายงา, รอยหัวตะปู, และรอยต่อแผ่น ให้ทำการโป๊วแต่งพื้นผิวด้วยอะคริลิกสำหรับอุดโป๊วรอยแตกร้าวขนาดเล็ก เบเยอร์ อะคริลิก ฟิลเลอร์ เอฟ-200 (ขนาดไม่เกิน 1 มม.)

• • การทาสีรองพื้นปูนก่อนทาสีทับหน้า จะช่วยป้องกันน้ำซึมเข้าพื้นผิวไฟเบอร์ซีเมนต์ พร้อมทั้งช่วยประสานการยึดเกาะระหว่างพื้นผิวและสีทับหน้า ทำให้สีทับหน้ามีสีใกล้เคียงกับไม้ธรรมชาติมากยิ่งขึ้น
  • ควรตัดไม้ไฟเบอร์ซีเมนต์ให้เสร็จก่อนทำการทาสีรองพื้น

• ขั้นที่ 3 ทาสีทับหน้า 

• • พื้นไม้ไฟเบอร์ซีเมนต์ – ทาทับด้วยสีทาพื้นไม้เทียม ซินโนเท็กซ์ ไฟเบอร์ซีเมนต์ ชนิดโปร่งแสง จำนวน 2 เที่ยว และสามารถเพิ่มการปกป้องรักษาพื้นไม้เป็นพิเศษด้วยการทา สีเคลือบใส (ชนิดเงา TG-7000/ชนิดด้าน TM-7000)

 Product use process 
 Step 1 Surface Preparation 
  New fiber cement surface :

• The surface to be applied should be left to dry completely. Free from grease, dirt and various dust stains. The surface should not contain more than 14% moisture content.

 Old fiber cement surface :

• The surface where the old paint film is chalk dust or flaking should be polished and the old paint film that has deteriorated completely. Water should be cleaned first. Using a fungicide and algae solution, Beger Mold Free M-001 water formula, then leave to dry completely. In case the surface has ivory cracks, nail head marks, and sheet joints For small cracks, Beger Acrylic Filler F-200 (size not larger than 1 mm.) is  to be applied to the surface. good without dusty parts or slipping will result in the best adhesion.

 Step 2 Primer painting 

• Apply the foundation as well. Primer for paint on artificial wood fiber cement Synnotex F-6100 type clear film amount 1 coat. It will prevent water from seeping into the fiber cement surface. as well as helping to coordinate the adhesion between the surface and the topcoat This makes the topcoat color closer to the natural wood. Fiber cement lumber should be cut before applying the primer.

 Step 3 Paint the topcoat 

• Fiber cement floor – Topcoat with 2 coats of Translucent Synnotex Fiber Cement Floor Paint and can add extra protection to the wood floor by applying a clear coat (TG Gloss Type). -7000/matt type TM-7000)
