• พื้นผิวที่จะทาเคลือบด้วย ทีโอเอ 213 น้ำยากันตะไคร่น้ำ เชื้อรา สูตรน้ำ จะต้องแห้ง สะอาด ปราศจากฝุ่นผง สี เศษซีเมนต์ และคราบไข
• หากมีสารทาเคลือบพื้นผิวเดิมอยู่ให้ทำความสะอาดพื้นผิวโดยการลอกออกให้หมด
• บริเวณที่เกิดเชื้อราหรือตะไคร่น้ำ ควรขัดล้างด้วยน้ำยาฆ่าเชื้อราทีโอเอ 113 ไมโครคิล ให้สะอาด ทิ้งให้แห้งอย่างน้อย 24 ชั่วโมง แล้วค่อยทาเคลือบด้วย ทีโอเอ 213 น้ำยากันตะไคร่น้ำ เชื้อรา สูตรน้ำ

• ทาทีโอเอ 213 น้ำยากันตะไคร่น้ำ เชื้อรา สูตรน้ำ ด้วยแปรง ลูกกลิ้งหรือเครื่องพ่น 1 เที่ยวซ้ำไป มาหลายๆ ครั้ง ในขณะที่พื้นผิวยังไม่แห้ง ให้พื้นผิวดูดซับน้ำยาจนอิ่มตัว
• ทิ้งให้แห้งโดยใช้เวลาประมาณ 1 - 2 ชั่วโมง

• การใช้ทีโอเอ 213 น้ำยากันตะไคร่น้ำ เชื้อรา สูตรน้ำสามารถใช้พ่นหรือทาก็ได้ หากพ่นควรใช้ เครื่องพ่นแบบมีแรงดันต่ำ เนื่องจากทำให้ได้ประสิทธิภาพการทำงานที่ดีกว่า
• ไม่ควรทำงานบนพื้นผิวที่ร้อนหรือกลางแดดจัด
• ไม่ควรทาในวันที่มีความชื้นสูงหรือฝนตก
• ทีโอเอ 213 น้ำยากันตะไคร่น้ำ เชื้อรา สูตรน้ำ ผลิตเพื่อการใช้งานโดยไม่ต้องผสมน้ำ
• ล้างเครื่องมือทันทีที่ทำงานเสร็จด้วยน้ำสะอาด

  • เก็บในภาชนะบรรจุเดิมที่ปิดสนิทและไม่ควรวางไว้ที่กลางแจ้งที่มีแสงแดดจัด

TOA 213 Water Repellent (WB)

Toa 213 Water Repellent is free from Lead and Mercury, anti-fungus, anti-algae, waterproofing, and transparent. It enhances durability of surface and suitable for interior application.

It consists of water-based Xylene with latest technology that increases waterproofing property. There is no solvent mixed: no strong odor from solvent. Suitable for showing natural texture and color of brick, stone and concrete.

FEATURES
Toa 213 Water Repellent (WB) is a silane/siloxane water based produced by the latest technology without silicone. It is developed for the water repellent impregnation of facades, brick natural stone washed aggregate, washed sand. This product is effective on both alkaline and neutral substrate.

APPLICATION SYSTEM
Surface Preparation

• Substrate must be sound, free of loose or weak particles, dust and dirt. Oil and wax containing layers, as well as laitance must be completely removed.
• In case of mold and algae, brush and clean with Toa 113 Microkill then leave it dry for 24 hours before coating with TOA 213 Water Repellent (WB)

Application

• Apply TOA 213 Water Repellent (WB) copiously by using brush, roller or spray 1 time (until surface is saturated).
• Leave it dry for 1 – 2 hours.

Recommendation

• The surface must be dried prior to apply.
• Do not use this product while raining.
• The crack must be sealed before the primary coat.
• Wash all tools immediately after use with water.

  • Keep all containers well closed.
  • Keep in a dry cool place.
• Shelf life
  • 12 months in original packing.
