• KOBE Grey Primer as anti-corrosive pigment and a special alkyd as vehicle agent.
• KOBE Grey Primer is a general purpose, economical primer for metal before topcoat with KOBE Enamel Gloss.
• It is characterized with drying, good flow and good adhesion for metal substrate.
• It is primer for iron , steel of general construction , such as fabricated steel , machineries ,
• iron rails , gates , grills for the windows , ect.

• Old surface ( Steel )

• • Polishing the paint film peeling out and clean the dust, rust and grease - free
• New surface ( Steel )
  • Steel substrate must be prepared , free from rust , millscale , dirt , loose particles , and waxy contaminate.

• Primer Steel
  • Toa Kobe Grey Primer 1-2 coat . (40 µ per coat)
• Primer Alloy
  • Apply 1 coat TOA Wash Primer for galvanized steel and aluminium alloy surface (10 µ per coat)

• • Toa Kobe Grey Primer 1-2 coat. (40 µ per coat)
• Topcoat
  • Toa Kobe Enamel gloss 2 coat (25 µ per coat)

• The temperature of the substrate should be minimum 10 ํC and at least 3 ํC above the dew point of the air , temperature and relative humidity measured in the vicinity of the substrate. Good ventilation is required in confined areas to ensure correct drying.
