• สี สวยทน ไม่ลอกล่อน (Excellent Adhesion: กาวอะครีลิคผสมซิลิโคนเรซิ่น) พัฒนาจากสารยึดเกาะชนิดพิเศษ Super Acrylic Resin ช่วยเสริมสร้างการยึดเกาะและทนทานต่อทุกสภาพวะอากาศ
• สี ระบายความ ชื้นได้ (Breathable Resin: ฟิล์มสีหายใจ ระบายความชื้นในปูนออก) ด้วยนวัตกรรมกาวอะครีลิคชนิดพืเศษผสมซิลิโคนเรซิ่นทำให้ฟิล์มสีหายใจได้ ยอมให้ไอน้ำและความชื้นที่สะสมอยู่ภายในปูนในระดับที่สูงถึง 70% หรือทนความชื้นได้มากกว่าสีทั่วไป 5 เท่า (เมื่อใช้ครบระบบ คู่กับสีรองพื้น TOA Extrawet)  ความชื้นระเหยผ่านออกมาได้ จึงช่วยขจัดปัญหาสีโป่งพอง ลอกล่อน อันเกิดจากน้ำและความชื้นในดิน
  • สี กันน้ำ (Water Proof) ด้วยเทคโนโลยีกาวอะครีลิคชนิดพิเศษ ผสมซิลิโคนเรซิ่น ที่มีคุณสมบัติ Hydrophobic มีประสิทธิภาพไม่เกาะน้ำ น้ำจึงรวมตัวกลายเป็นหยดกลมกลิ้งไหลผ่าน จึงทำให้น้ำไม่ซึมผ่านเข้าเนื้อสีและผนัง ทำให้ฟิล์มสีไม่สะสมความชื้นและแห้งตลอดเวลา จึงไม่สะสมสิ่งสกปรก ไม่ทำให้เกิดเชื้อราและตะไคร่น้ำ ป้องกันด่างและคราบเกลือได้ดี การที่น้ำไม่ซึมเข้าผนัง ทำให้โครงสร้างเหล็กด้านในไม่เกิดสนิม
• สี กันคราบความชื้นซึมเปื้อนจากภายใน (Stain Blocking) ด้วยการเรียงตัวซับซ้อนเป็นแผ่นของ Inorganic Layer จึงป้องกันการซึมเปื้อนของคราบน้ำและสิ่งสกปรกไหลย้อนกลับ จึงไม่เกิดรอยด่างบนผนัง

• สีน้ำอะครีลิกผสมซิลิโคน คุณภาพสูง และผสมกับผงสีคุณภาพพิเศษ เพื่อเพิ่มการยึดเกาะให้ดีเยี่ยม ทนทานต่อด่างในปูน และสภาพรุนแรง ส่งผลให้อายุการใช้งานยาวนาน โดยมีคุณสมบัติพิเศษดังนี้ป้องกันสีลอกล่อนจากความชื้นในปูน ด้วย นวัตกรรม Breathable Acrylic Technology สามารถระบายความชื้นผ่านฟิล์มสีออกมาได้,ป้องกันไม่ให้น้ำเข้าผนัง ด้วยเทคโนโลยีกาวอะคริลิค,สามารถเช็ดล้างทำความสะอาดได้ง่าย ด้วย Teflon ® Surface Protector ซึ่งเป็นNew Technology from Dupont กันทั้งคราบน้ำและน้ำมันได้ดียิ่งขึ้น และปราศจากสารตะกั่วและปรอท ไม่ก่อให้เกิดอันตราย กับสิ่งแวดล้อม

• การเตรียมพื้นผิว
  • พื้นผิวเก่า
    • ขัดล้างสีเดิมที่เสื่อมสภาพออกให้หมด (ไม่ควรใช้แปรงลวด)
    • บริเวณที่มีเชื้อราหรือตะไคร่น้ำขัดล้างด้วยน้ำยาฆ่าเชื้อรา TOA Microkill ล้างทำความสะอาด แล้วทิ้งให้แห้ง 1-2 วัน
    • บริเวณที่มีรอยแตกร้าวความกว้างน้อยกว่า 1 มิลลิเมตรและไม่แตกต่อเนื่อง ให้อุดโป๊วด้วยทีโอเอ อะครีลิค ฟิลเลอร์
    • บริเวณที่มีรอยแตกร้าว ความกว้างมากกว่า 1 มิลลิเมตรหรือมีการแตกต่อเนื่อง ให้อุดโป๊วด้วย ทีโอเอ อะครีลิค ซิลแลนท์ 
  • พื้นผิวใหม่
    • ทิ้งให้ผนังแห้งอย่างน้อย 1 เดือน
    • หรือเช็คความชื้นที่พื้นผิวมีค่าไม่เกิน 14% วัดด้วยเครื่อง Protimeter Mini
    • หากพื้นผิวมีรอยแตกร้าว ไม่เรียบ แนะนำให้ทำการซ่อมแซมรอยแตกร้าว
    • หรือฉาบแต่งผิว ก่อนการทาสี ด้วยวัสดุอุดโป๊ว หรือฉาบแต่งผิว ที่เหมาะสม
    • ทำความสะอาดผนังให้ปราศจากเศษฝุ่นผง เศษซีเมนต์ และคราบไข

• สีรองพื้นสำหรับพื้นผิวเก่า
  • ทาสีทีโอเอ เอ็กซ์ตร้าเว้ท จำนวน 1 เที่ยว
  • (กรณีพื้นผิวความชื้นรุนแรงให้ทาน้ำยารองพื้นปูนกันความชื้น ทีโอเอ มอยส์เจอร์ การ์ด 1 เที่ยว)

• สีรองพื้นสำหรับพื้นผิวใหม่
  • ทาสีรองพื้นปูนใหม่กันด่าง ทีโอเอ เอ็กตร้าชิลด์ เทฟลอน จำนวน 1 เที่ยว
  • ( กรณีเร่งด่วน 2 วันให้ทาทีโอเอ เอ็กซ์ตร้าเว้ท 1 เที่ยวก่อน )

• สีทับหน้า
  • ทาทับหน้าด้วยสีน้ำเอ็กซ์ตร้าชิลด์ เทฟลอน ชนิดกึ่งเงา จำนวน 2-3 เที่ยว
  • ในกรณีสีเข้มสด ให้ใช้เฉดสีที่อ่อนกว่าทาในเที่ยวแรก แล้วจึงทาเฉดสีที่ต้องการทับ 1-2 เที่ยว

TOA Extrashield™ Breathable resin allows moisture vapor to pass through, gives superior high resistance to blistering and peeling. Waterproof prevents the penetration of liquid water on surface. Anti-efflorescence and excellent alkali resistance. Stain blocking prevents reaction of stain and alkali from inside. Extremely dirt pick-up resistance with Teflon from USA.

Rising damp Protection

• High penetration and excellent adhesion provides long lasting durability.Giving all weather resistance even high humidity weather
• Breathable resin allows moisture vapor to pass through, allowing better adhension to the substrate and giving superior high resistance to blistering and peeling.
• Waterproof prevents the penetration of liquid water on surface with"Hydrophobic" property, allows entrapped water on surface to evaporate, protects home structure from corrosion.
• Stain Blocking with bonding of inorganic layers prevent reaction of stain and alkali from inside the surface destroy topcoat film.

Suitable bottom edge
Suitable for concrete, especially bottom edge wall both exterior and interior,Located  near water source or garden.

FEATURES

APPLICATION SYSTEM

• Surface Preparation
  • Old surface
    • Powdery and chalky surface must be scrubbed and cleaned with water Fungus and mildew growth must be cleaned off before applying microkill. Left to dry for 2-3 days Apply on cracks with TOA Acrylic Filler for the crack width < 1 mm. and not to crack continueously Apply on cracks with TOA Acrylic Sealant for the crack width > 1 mm. and crack continueously

• • New surface
    • Substrate must be completely cured and dried ( ~ 1 month ) free from oil ,grease ,mildew,from release agents and foreign matters.or measure moisture which should be less than 14% on surface with protimeter mini If any crack, it should be repaired on surface before applying

• • Coating system
    • Primer For Old Surface
      • Apply 1 coat of TOA EXTRA WET (for concrete extremely moisture),apply 1 coat of TOA Moisture Guard)

• • • Primer For New Surface
      • Apply 1 coat of EXTRASHIELD TEFLON ALKALI RESISTING PRIMER or(For concrete(after 2days), apply 1 coat of TOA EXTRA WET)

• • • Topcoat
      • Apply 2-3 coats of EXTRASHIELD TEFLON SEMI-GLOSS

** Recommend for deep tone , you should apply middle coat that it has tone lighter before requiring color
