New cement surface :

• Leave the wall to dry for at least 30 days.
• Clean the walls to remove dust, cement residue and grease stains.
• Fill the cracks neatly.
• Apply one coat of World Tone World Shield No. 390 new cement primer, then apply two coats of Power Shield acrylic paint.

Old cement surface :

• Scrub off all the old, deteriorated paint.
• Areas with mold or algae must be scrubbed clean and left to dry completely.
• Fill the cracks neatly.

• On old cement surfaces, apply World Tone Old Cement Primer No. 150 1 coat , followed by Power Shield Acrylic Paint 2 coats on clean surfaces.
